[12:00 PM EST - No subject.]

I've been thinking about these changes I want to make and I've been a little reluctant with going ahead because of the possibility that I might lose cgi capability at whatever site I might go to next. Then I realized that I can still keep this old format while doing the new format! So the scripts will be a bit different, whatever. I don't think I'll get much time to work on it this week. But we'll see..

I got mail in regards to my T4 form from the university. I noticed that they got the address wrong. I could've sworn that it was right last year..

Got word from Riston that we won our broomball game 7-0 this Saturday. Hrumph, I guess they don't need my help after all..

I noticed a link to the PIT in the random links section of Laz's homepage. An eyesore huh? Despite the tiny font I could still make that out.. What do the rest of you folks think? Is this page that hard to read?

Anyway, I think that I'm gonna get around to fixing up the journal script, improve on the log script, and stick on a search script at some point in time.

Time. What a wonderful concept. Too bad I never have enough to go around. However, ever since I stopped playing games on my computer around a week ago, I feel as if I'm completely liberated. I don't seem to have any problems going to sleep at a respectable time and I'm actually making good progress in my Rb2 fits. I hope to finish my data collection by the end of the week and finish the paper by next week. That should give me enough time to write up my thesis which I've been neglecting.. oops.

No problem, I can probably snatch some stuff out of my other papers to use in my thesis. Defending it on the other hand..

It's amazing how much a person can do in two years. It's been over two years already and it seems as if time has just flown by. I still remember the first month I started this enterprise.. when I was still recovering from my ordeal with the maxi-facial surgeon. I guess some things you don't forget.

Soon I'll be out of here.. I'll look back and realize that twenty years have gone by. I'll think of this moment and find that I'm in my sixties. I'll recall this part of my life when 2060 rolls by. It's amazing what things the mind will remember, and what our brains discard.

I wonder though. I wonder.. what the future holds.

We went to this little Italian restaurant down in Belmont Village for dinner after the meeting today. Quite a nice little restaurant, and the price was around average. Mind you, I'm also taking into account the eight loaves of bread we consumed while we were gorging on the rest of our meal. Quite a filling event it was.

Some stuff going on in the real world, but I'm not too interested ATM. I've been downloading some mpegs and boy are they taking a long time to get. I had to borrow the Zip drive again. Hopefully I won't have to do this too often. I wanted to get a better copy of "Eyes on Me" by Faye Wong since the video in mine has a couple of artifacts. After taking a few hours of searching, I came across some other interesting tidbits and started downloading them too. Eventually, I got myself quite a treasure trove of videos which is why I'm still here. Man those Zip disks are slow.

Oh yeah, girl sent over a link on the Texas bonfire thing with the following comment:

"I think the polling results are awfully biased - care to put in your votes?"

What do you folks think?

I was going to add something, but I forgot. *shrug* Instead, I'm gonna go home. Me tired.
