[12:00 PM EST - No subject.]

*yawn* What time is it?

Left school in a rush last night and never got to finish what the heck I was talking about. So, before I begin my day, I shall get rid of these and make room in my brain. (Actually, they're in my notebook, but I need to clear up some clutter.)

Two things. While I was walking to my office with TY on Saturday, she noticed that the doors in C2 were coloured with the colours of the rainbow! The doors on the east face were purple, while the doorway was coloured blue. On the west face they're coloured red and orange. You know, I never noticed that, although I remember green and indigo doors as well..

Also, I didn't know you could get your money back from a movie theatre if you didn't like the show, or if something during the show bothered you (for example, the sound popped or something). Found this out on Friday. I'll have to try it out sometime..

Last night, we went shopping. We went to the Price Club actually and stopped off at Future Shop. There I broke down and decided to get the "gigapack". Ten Zip disks that they had on sale for a hundred bucks (I think I mentioned this on Sunday). But when I got to the counter, they were all gone! No!! Talking with the salesguy behind the counter, he told me that he could put together ten Zip disks for the deal. Seeing as three Iomega Zip Disks weighed in at around seventy dollars, I jumped at the opportunity. He grabbed a couple of Fuji Zip disks and started to ring it up. Realizing that the original deal was for the Iomega Zip disks, I asked him about the brand that I could get. (I dunno, are the Fuji's better? They were definitely cheaper.) He was able to grab ten Iomega Zip disks instead, but nearly picked out a Mac formatted one by mistake (I had to tell him that I wanted an IBM compatable disk). Oi. So I'm now the proud owner of ten new Zip disks.. What the heck am I going to do with them all?

Probably due to my rather silly dinner (chocolate milk), I didn't get a good sleep last night. Kept waking up. Eventually I could hear the birds singing (singing? ha!) outside, and then the sun started shining through the window. After lying in bed for a while, I checked the time: 7:40. I checked again: 7:40. *hrumph* I got out of bed. After stuffing three cinnamon buns into my stomach, I actually made it to school before nine today! (By three minutes, but come on, that's an accomplishment!) I'm quite happy. Hopefully I'll be able to get some work done before people start filtering into school. Hmm.. I think I have an introduction to rewrite..

After listening to the Elements song again (by Tom Lehrer for those of you who've forgotten) I was told by JSI that the Americans spelled (and pronounced) aluminium as aluminum because the first American english dictionary misspelled aluminium! I found that quite humourous! Now the question is whether or not this is true or not..

Man, it's such a nice day out there. We went out to our usual hangout for lunch today, and I was so tempted to grab the disc and spend a couple of more hours outside. Alas, I have more than enough to do on my plate and felt to guilty to take advantage of the sunshine today. All I can do now is look out of the window and sigh.. *sigh*

*sigh*

*sigh*

Okay, enough with that. Back to work.

Err.. okay, finished responding to some of those rather long e-mail messages. Now back to work..

Ack! The sun's in me eyes! Enough incentive not to do work huh? Heheheh. Alright, back to the depths I go, but before I do, FlyingS gave me this link for a ticker scroller..

Changed the front page a bit. Added a message for those non-javascript users telling them what they're missing instead of just leaving it blank.

Right now I'm wondering how I can open up windows from links without having to use the silly # symbol. I want to have the pictures show up in pop-up windows instead of going to another page. I might write a script to do that, but I'll have to think about it..

Well, it's time for broomball now. We'll see how many people actually show up..

[4:00 PM EST - Two goals! Yahoo!]

Well, broomball was good. We had a couple of good games, even though I think Stripes and Big Jim didn't get that much out of the game. I should get going, gotta meet the crew at McGinnis (then go home and make dinner..).
