[12:00 PM EST - No subject.]

Happy Fish Day!

Yes, I finally admit. I am sick. (Physically you dolts.. it's a cold!) I've been avoiding the inevitable ever since I got that dry throat a few days back. I probably should have launched a preemptive strike with my vitamin C (chewable!) tablets as Jax would've done (I should've listened to that kid) but I kept putting it off, and putting it off..

Now I suffer for my indiscretions. *blows nose* Okay, maybe not indiscretions, but LXC always used that phrase and I had to throw it in. Anyway, now I suffer for my apathy. *blows nose* This won't be the last time you know (I sure as heck know that it isn't the first). Oh well, I guess I'm gonna have to sniffle and snort for the next couple (few?) days while I try to sort out my thesis. *snorts*

So a word of warning for all of you who'll be coming into contact with me.. be vewy vewy carefwl, I'm sick!

I might as well throw it in here now. I was watching CNN a couple of days back and although I've been meaning to put this up I kept forgetting about it. Anyway, there was a news clip on the show "Iron Chef" and the reporter was commenting on how it took the food network by storm, climbing up to second most viewed show on the network after that Italian guy (I think he's Italian) who always goes *BAM!* all the time. I thought that was pretty impressive considering the time slot it had (late Friday or Saturday night). Anyway, it seems as if the rumours are true and that the show will be being hosted in the United States now and they have already started filming the episodes.. I can't remember where, but the first one will be aired sometime in June. They have some American hosts now although the.. uhh.. whatshisface guy.. the actor. Anyway, he'll still be there, he'll still talk in Japaneese, but there will be someone "translating" right next to him. Can't wait to see!

Oh crap, it's already April! Less than a week to get my thesis done! What am I going to do? What am I going to wear?!? *looks down* Oh nevermind.

Geez, so I guess I'm not the only one to marvel at the amazing discipline or order that seems to exist within a flock of birds. Mind you, I haven't seen anything as cool as last fall, but the fact that some things in your local area (even on campus!) can be so interesting.. wow I think that's cool. Too bad I missed out on the falcon, would've liked to see that.

Will talk about the show last night later.. got a show to attend!

[4:00 PM EST - I don't feel so good..]

Just got back from the show. Going out to the King Street Trio (which recently moved) for dinner. Tired. Hungry. Had too many photons forced into my retinas. To think that there's still Mononoke Hime tomorrow..

[The photographer has been caught!]

During the last CTRL-A show of the term, I went a little crazy with the camera since quite a number of people who were at the show wouldn't be showing up anymore (due to graduation, moving, etc.). I wasn't the only one. Jax brought along her digital camera and had quite a number of pictures taken of her with just about everybody there. (Including one of me.)

That would be me trying to take a picture of Jax with HaremPresident in the background wondering what the heck was going on.

*groan*

[CTRL-A Group Shot!]

After we finished moving all of the equipment back into storage everyone congregated back into the building to decide on what to do after the show. More accurately, the question being asked was "where are we going to eat?". This always happens after every show, and every time we take half-an-hour to decide on a eating establishment. I took this opportunity (after HaremPresident took the best shooting spot) to take this group shot.

Front row: Calvin, MS, SY, JCC, KNZ, and FlyingS (V).
Back row: HNT, Jeremy (half), Alex (3/4), and Phat.

Great, and now REO Speedwagon is playing now. I don't think I can take this much more..

Time for me to keel over now.

(Oh yeah, don't forget to set your clocks ahead tonight!)
