[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

The day started out really nice, but these clouds suddenly rolled through. It's supposed to be getting warmer over the next couple of days (into the teens! wee!) but until then..

Actually, I should get craking on the slides for my presentation. I've got an idea what to print up but I want do most of it in colour (since you can't see a darned thing in black and white). This also means that I have to get around to reading up on some of the topics I talk about.. *sigh*.

FlyingS came up with this idea (okay, he scammed this idea) to make a CTRL-A calendar for the first year of the new millennium (that would be 2001 folks). We'd include drawings from some of our best artists in CTRL-A, although I don't know what sort of topic or theme we'd have.. anyway, I think it's a cool idea, but I was wondering what you guys thought..

Hmm.. weirDo's setting up a Counter-Strike server on his machine right now. *rubs hands in anticipation*

Hmm.. found an old Byte magazine lying around in the office. It's dated March 1994 and the cover article is about "The Data Highway". Funny how time has changed that little highway into a superhighway..

What the heck.. seems like a boring day. Need to get back into working mood.. must bring computer back home.. must resist urge to play games on net..

Aww.. lookie here! Jax has put Jaxie back up! *bounce* *bounce*

KGL's also got some news up, although she's being as cryptic as ever. Ah well, I don't think I would've really understood what she was talking about even if she did use plain english! (Maybe she IS using plain english?)

Ooh.. I got a message from someone who I thought had faded to obscurity.. but I'll keep it a secret for now.. (heh heh)

I am so not in the working mood. Tomorrow will be busy with the exam and all. Hmm.. I also have to drag myself out for skating as well. We'll see how it goes. Hey yeah, I was watching some TV last night and I came across this movie which was starring Jodie Foster, as a kid! I was pretty impressed! That kid could act! (I also saw another one where she was a teen.. never realized who much of a child prodigy she was.)

Anyhoo, time for me to go. If I'm going to be unproductive, I might as well get some food or sleep. Food especially (had a coffee crisp for dinner..)
