Quite a number of things to mention before I forget. First of all, a couple of days ago, while I was going home, I passed by this girl at the gas station who looked amazingly like Squishy! Holy crap! The resemblence was remarkable (and the station was well lit so I got a good sta.. er.. look)! It's funny how I see a lot of people who look like Squishy but I don't tend to see anyone who looks like anyone else.. Hmm..
I also got mail from Riston warning the team that there may not be any co-rec broomball being offered next term! *falls to knees and shakes fists at the heavens* No!!! I'm going to have to look into this myself, but I've got bigger fish to fry ATM.
Hmm.. that's about it. Oh well.

Well, I went to a defence this afternoon. Not mine of course. The talk was good, and the questions were answered fairly well, but what surprised me the most was that the entire thing lasted for less than an hour! That's short! *hopes defence will be as short*
So I went and finished my slides, then had to make corrections, and then finally I went down to the CHIP desk to have the printed out onto overhead slides. When I got there, I was told that I should've checked with them earlier because they didn't have enough slides (they had 12, I wanted 31). Doh! Kinko's it is!
It took me a while to get down there to print them off, but while I was waiting for my stuff to print off, JBP wandered in! So I talked with him for a while before picking my stuff up. Checked out my invoice and looked at the price. Four hundred dollars. Four hundred dollars?!? I looked at the price per sheet. Eleven bucks (actually it was 10.99). What the hey? I thought that was a little expensive becuase I checked one of their pamphlets and it said that the price is only a buck ninety-nine per page (for colour overheads). So I showed the cashier the invoice and she looked kinda stunned and told me that that was a mistake. Ringing up my wares, it came up to a measly eighty bucks. Well, eighty bucks is still not too cheap, but it's a lot better than four hundred smackers.. Oi.
Boy it stank today. The farmers must've been spreading manure over their fields today because the whole campus just reeked. *holds nose*

Time for me to go home. Nothing for me to do now. My talk is going to be way too long, although I think I can probably drop the last part of my talk if I'm faced with time restrictions. KGL's got a new update up, the last one from Waterloo for a while, while Sparky's got two entries up! All for your reading enjoyment!
