[9:30 AM EDT - Argh!]

I've just been told to redo the plots and calculations of my fits for the Rb2 paper! *pulls at hair* This is annoying! *sign*

Oh well, hopefully this won't take too long..

[1:47 PM EDT - Printer problems.]

It's done! It's finally over! I have finally sent in my hard copies into the Graduate Studies Office to get bound and handed in my CV. All of the paperwork is done and all I have to do now is wait (it'll take 4-6 weeks for binding). But wasn't a straight and narrow road however, after I picked up my thesis from Graphics Services and started inserting my colour pages into the rest of the thesis, I noticed a glaring error on one of my figures. Sure it seemed a little minor, but I went through so much work to get the darned thing printed, I might as well do it right right? Anyway, I went back to Graphics Services with a corrected copy of that page and asked to have it printed out. I waited a while while the girl at the desk did a couple of other things before printing out a test copy. It looked exactly the same. Well, not quite. The correction I made was there, except that it was so faint that you wouldn't be able to see it unless you were looking for it. Argh! I headed back to my office and this time made sure that the darned thing would be visible. Heading back to Graphics Services (where the people down there probably know me by face by now) I handed in my corrected corrected copy and waited for the test page to come out. Success! Yes! I grabed the copies and rushed up to my office where I made the final changes, put it all together and shipped it off to the Graduate Studies Office. All done! (Well, there was more stuff to do, but it was relatively minor.)

Went to Jose's for lunch again today. The food isn't sitting as badly as I had feared, so I think I should be alright for the rest of the day (stomachwise).

Oh yeah, I saw JJWB a couple of times over the past couple of weeks after my defence. The first time was right after the defence when weirDo and I were walking through the physics building and saw him hurridly running around getting his thesis completed. I was planning to go to his thesis but I didn't know what room it was in and never got around to finding out. Oh well.

I saw JJWB again the first time I went to the Grad Studies Office to have my thesis checked over (and asked a number of questions about the electronic submission). Found out that his defence went well and that he has spent the seven hours afterward doing corrections before handing in his thesis the next day. Oi, speak of burning the candle at both ends! I'm glad I didn't have to rush for mine, I'd never survive that experience.

[5:09 PM EDT - Interesting sig.]

Here's a sig from HaremPresident:

May 2nd, 1665 - Sir Issac Newton invents differential calculus (a switch from indifferential calculus, which no one really cares about).

Heh.

I also bumped into AS near our office. He plans on finishing in the near future. Wow! Seems like everyone's getting ready to leave! (Of the ones that stayed for higher education that is.)

[6:45 PM EDT - A change.]

After a bit of thinking, I've changed the homepage pages so that they don't use unordered lists anymore. The formatting is a little better now, and it's actually viewable in Lynx too! I think I'll go around removing extraneous <li> tags..

[9:28 PM EDT - Some ctsing.]

Been playing a bit of Counter-Strike to loosen up my nerves a bit. Anyway, weirDo sent me an interesting link from those Homeworld guys.

I should get going home soon. Getting hungry. I did looked around and it seems as if KGL's the only one with an update today (and a small one at that).
