My knee couldn't handle the strain yesterday so I couldn't make it to Zhers. Besides, it was getting awfully cold and my jean jacket isn't particularly known for it's heat retention properties. At Farah's, I bumped into a couple of people who I hadn't seen in a while. Very interesting stories that you hear from people you don't hear from in a while..
So I made my stew last night. Basically used the same stuff as I did the last time I made stew. Amazingly enough, the meat this time was very tender after I had finished cooking it. I only cooked it for a couple of hours so it may have been because I was using brisket instead, or the cornstarch, or.. well, it could've been the weather for all I know. I'm just happy the meat wasn't as tough as leather. Mmm.. leather..
Watched Forrest Gump last night. That's such a feel good movie. No complaints though, I liked it a lot. I wonder why people never use the quote "Sometimes, there just ain't enough rocks."

i went to Moist, and ruth got an autograph. Also, David Ussher (the lead singer) used my Palm... um, he had to have something solid to sign the paper, didn't he?!

Hey lookie here! It seems as if I made it to school around nine! Nine! Can you believe it? I can't imagine what got me to get up so early this morning. It might've been the sun (it's another gorgous day out there), or it might've been.. no, no, I think it was the sun. Anyway, I even had time to eat breakfast as well! This is definitely one of the more amazing mornings so far. Let's see if we can go outside for lunch as well..
Ooh! Ooh! It seems as if weirDo, usually the most adamant at not throwing the disc around in cold weather, is itching to play today! Mind you, the high is forecasted to be around 14, which is pretty darned warm for this time of the year. Couple that with the nice, dry field.. Anyone care on joining us?
Stripes made a very interesting observation in regards to our broomball problem on Saturday:
Suspicious coincidence: There was a Moist concert at Fed Hall Sat night. apparently they took the stage, oh, half an hour after our buddy boy took off.

We ate lunch outside today. The weather was pretty darned good. Funny enough, I was able to convince the usual suspects to go out and throw the disc around! Yay! I don't think any of us got worse over the break (although we weren't really much to look at before either). The ground was a little wetter than I had expected, although it was only in certain low spots of the field (I ended up checking the hillish part of the field before). That was all right though, I didn't fall so the only things that got dirty were the soles of my feet and the disc.
KGL wandered by while we were making each other run, wondering why I wasn't writing my thesis.. *looks around* Ah well, I didn't get to talk to her much. I didn't want to get hit in the back of the head..
I guess that's about it for now. Update wise, we've got Laz who's gone off the edge a bit methinks. A little of the rambling sort much like me when I'm a little sleep or food deprived. KGL's complaining about the lack of entries in her Guestbook, so you guys better go and make her happy, or else she'll take it out on me! Er wait, strike that. Just do it for the heck of it. Howsabout that? Jax got lost in the boonies, while Tiffi does not suck. *gives Tiffi a hug*
Alright, I'd say a bit more, a bit better, and a bit more profound stuff but I'm hungry, and if you want to hear babbling, just go and check up on Laz. I want to eat. *stomach noises*
