The sun shines and I'm surprised that we live to see another day. (Thanks Xan.) I figure I should start paring down on my inbox so I'll put up a couple of links sent my way. MJO is thinking of working for Freedom Communications. I think with all this security scare (from the DDOS attacks) I think MJO should be able to find a job anywhere without a hitch! FlyingS sent us a preview for the design of the new CTRL-A T-shirt. The design I think is.. okay. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it's different. (At least it's well drawn!) Finally, JMS sent over a link for those interested in getting DSL from someone who isn't ma Bell.. Tempting, but it's not available anywhere I live yet..
Got some mail from Graduate explaining how I ended up being "Butler". I stuck it in the Names page.
I realized that the gas station wasn't an Esso, it was a Shell. Fixed that up in the archives.
Right, back to work. Fired of a little gripe message to my students seeing how they all basically did the same mistake on a number of little things (which added up to some considerable marks). I can never see myself as a teacher. Geez, I even dread teaching my own kids. I may like to learn, but imparting information is a skill that I don't have..
I never got to go skating today, I reminded myself about going ten minutes before the period started, but forgot about it until I went for lunch, which was twenty minutes before the skating time ended. Doh. Tomorrow then. There won't be a competitive game (we got two on Wednesday - oi vey.) so tiring myself out during the day should be alright. Yeah yeah, I've got a couple of co-rec games, but I don't really think I need to be in top shape for those. Besides, Mr. Broomball is back! Yahoo! We'll win for sure!!
Hmm.. on the way out from the Chem Phys seminar, there was some traffic as a bunch of people ended up converging on one set of doors. As I was passing through the group, one of the girls looked in my direction and started smiling, that sort of "I know you!" kind of smile. I didn't recognize her at all! Maybe I had that wide eyed "Why are you smiling at me? (I must have some cheese stuck to my face)" look or something. Gah. Quite strange.

I'm planing to go home early today, but before I go, we have.. *drum roll* the daily updated homepages! (DUH!) First up is Laz, who's been finding a bit of nifty gadgets recently while KGL might be arrested for vest trafficking.. Jax has a rather long entry from last night, where she even mentions my name! Whee! But it was also where I found out about the demise of DDR.. *takes moment of silence*. Ah well, at least the kid had fun, and just got a new dress.. *hides camera while wiggling eyebrows*
Well, I should get going. I'm out of leftovers, so I've got to make something interesting tonight. Shrimp Alfredo sounds good doesn't it? Mmm.. cholesterol.. *rubs tummy*
