Hmm.. it's a nice day out there. Seems like there's less snow than I had figured. More like four inches as opposed to half a foot. It always seems like more snow when it's falling on you..

Here's the daily lyric thing from KGL:

Your wildness scares me
So does your freedom
You say you can't stand the restrictions
I find myself trying to change you
If you were meant to be my lover I wouldn't have to

Hmm..

Bumped into some people I knew in the RF lab. Nothing too interesting to note, except that there was this one girl in there who caught my attention. She was pretty attractive and reminded me of.. well, only Laz would know, so I'll leave it at that.

This is old, since I got this a few days ago from HaremPresident, but Laputa: Castle in the Sky was shown at the 2000 New York International Children's Film Festival.

weirDo found these definitions in webster:

nar-co-lep-sy \'na^:r-ke-,lep-se^-\ -sies
[ISV, fr. Gk narke^-]
-- nar-co-lep-tic \,na^:r-ke-'lep-tik\ adj

and

nar-co-lep-tic \na^:r-ke-'lep-tik\ n
(1928)
:one who is subject to attacks of narcolepsy

Very informative.

Got word from FlyingS that one of the Oscar nominations for original song is South Park's "Blame Canada". Oh yeah! I'm gonna laugh my head of if Trey wins..

Now for your daily list of page updates. Hmm.. pretty good day today, it seems like Laz bumped into a familiar face, KGL's doing better in school (but probably should cut down on the pr0n, and Tiffi was shocked by the sudden announcement from Sparky.

Well, there's also that bitterness thing about the flowers.. (I told you guys to send her some!). *thinks* Er.. maybe I didn't, but I was thinking of telling you guys to send her some flowers, and it's the thought that counts right? Right?!?

Alright alright, I'll see what I can do.

Okay, now what? Hmm.. this morning started off pretty normally. I took my shower and dried my hair, nothing out of the ordinary. I heard the bathroom fan turn off but thought nothing of it since someone probably was annoyed by the noise. A moment later, I could hear a loud voice from outside (our house is not well soundproofed, especially through the back):

"Hopefully nobody's home."

Oro.. Did he mean.. us? I started looking around for something that depended on power and noticed that my VCR was off. Great, that means our power was cut. At that point, someone started knocking on our front door. Looking down, I realized that greeting people in the nude isn't usually a good thing (there are exceptions, but I'm not one of them) so I hurriedly put on some clothes, knowing that I'll never be able to get the door. Fortunately, Werdna awoke from his stupor and went to answer the door. Unfortunately he didn't make it. Eh, we really didn't need the power anyway. While I was getting ready to go to school (sans le petit déjeuner) I watched as the workers yanked out our power cable from the transformer and started moving everything to the new pole (they've been working on this for a while now, I remember them digging the holes for the new poles months ago). Well, it wasn't particularly exciting so I took off.

Not much going on at school. Went to Jose's for lunch, the food was much better this week I might add, but I didn't get much done. I have been writing a bit, although most of what I've been doing was grabbing all of the stuff I wrote over the past three years and making up a gigantic appendix so that I can prove to readers that I wasn't BSing my results. I plan to finish the introduction this week, since most of it I can rip from other sources anyway. Still a lot of work ahead..

So, I think it's time for me to split. I'll see if I can go to bed early tonight. Got skating tomorrow, don't want to miss out!
