[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

Was reminded once again that misspelled bizarre. Then I realized that I misspelled bizarre a good may times on this site, so I went around fixing it.. gah, me fail english? But that's unpossible!

Oh! I thought he noticed it before, but Laz finally checked out a very old entry which was.. uh.. inspired by one of his .plans.

Speaking of which, he's got something new on his .plan.

"If a picture wasn't going very well I'd put a puppy dog in it, always a mongrel, you know, never one of the full bred puppies. And then I'd put a bandage on its foot... I liked it when I did it, but now I'm sick of it."

-Norman Rockwell

And here's the link to back it up.

A link from KGL.. don't have time to check it out unfortunately. You can see it here.

I don't have much time, I skipped out on Silent Moebius, but I have to go back to help them clean up, so this may be short.

The weather today was nothing short of amazing, at least for this time of year. It was quite sunny, and although it started off cool, it warmed up very nicely towards the late afternoon (the predicted high was around 19 degrees!). It would've been perfect weather to go outside to throw the disc around, had I not needed time to prepare my poster for the conference next week.. (Dang nabbit!)

Completely forgot that I had to do my laundry last night. I eventually left it to the last minute (as usual) but I did finish half my load. Now all I have to do is to dry the other half of the load tomorrow and I'll be all set..

Tomorrow you ask? Why yes, since I won't be able to do it tonight, lest I keep HNT awake all night.

I have some things to do (like the coin order and the poster) but Dusty was somehow able to convince me to go out for lunch and try out some two dollar subs. We found that this sports bar near campus was having this special for take out subs. At two bucks each, that's a pretty good deal.. depending on how good the subs were that is.

Checked out the signs they had posted, and it seems like their offer ends on the 31st. So I guess this is the only time we'll ever try them out. Ended up waiting over half an hour for our subs (gosh darned it..) but after we brought them back to the office, we found out that these subs were actually quite good (for two bucks). Too bad, had we known about this earlier..

I forgot to send out e-mail about the coin order yesterday so I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to get a second signature for the pickup today. My fears were justified when, less than an hour before the show started, I didn't get a response to my e-mail (I still haven't). So, without anything else I could do, I took the money out of my account. The teller asked me

"So they're making you pay now?"

I had to chuckle at that. Besides, it was my fault I forgot.

The tellers (just about all of them) already know me by face, and which club I represented even though they might not remember my name. When I first got to the bank for the coin order, I asked if they had it ready. One of the tellers (who I don't recognize) who took my call said that she had it, but wanted to know for whom the money was for, so I told her

"CTRL-A."

and all of the other tellers nodded in unison (in that sort of sagely, knowing fashion - also with that "you didn't know?" smile). That was pretty bizarre (spelled correctly this time). I have been there way too often.

So, I'll have to remember to get my money back from the club, which shouldn't be too much of a problem.

The show started off pretty well, no big hassles or problems, and the costume contest went well (over time). Nothing to interesting to mention though, but I'm getting really tired during the shows now. Maybe I'm getting old? Nah.

I wanted to spend some time talking about HeatherDale, but I don't think I have the time. Besides, I didn't really know her, so what I do have to say will be relatively uninteresting. Eh.

Well, I should get going. I'll be back tomorrow, although not for long, since I still have to finish the remaining cards for my posters, and we're leaving around noon. Oh joy. Now I need to get food, and go to sleep.
