Woke up late this morning. Actually, I woke up when my alarm went off, but I figured that they didn't need me to help set up (flip) so I went back to sleep. Bladed to school again today.. might as well enjoy all the chances I can get to do that before winter really hits. Found out that they couldn't open one of the rooms (even though they had the key). I think they thought that I had the key, which I didn't (which is why I slept in). Man, the problem when people rely on only one person means that it only takes one person to screw things up.
Still, things went well and quickly. Had lunch at Pizza Hut.. Mmm.. I can't see how they can be making money on their six dollar buffets. I ate more than one whole medium pizza, which meant that I got my money's worth. Too bad you can only have so much pizza before you want to puke. Yeah yeah, I'm getting old..
Went to the atmospheric modelling workshop. Interesting, yet a little out of my field. Do I want to try it out? Maybe..
Finally! I cleaned up my CV and updated some parts of it. Hopefully I won't have to play around with it anytime soon. I couldn't find a better way of getting Greek symbols except by using the symbol font. Anyway, I'm just happy that I'm done and the symbols on there are actually the symbols I want (I had S's instead of S's).
Guess what? It seems like MJO is picking up the vacuum left by Laz and Growly since he's updated his homepage yet again! (That's twice in as many weeks!) Well, go on over there and check it out for yourself.
I'm going to have to go through my notes for the past week and figure out a plan of action for the next two months. There are quite a number of e-mail messages I should send off to the various people working on different things, but tonight, I'm gonna see what's wrong with my computer. Hopefully it's just the fan.. I'd hate to replace anything else..
