[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

Laz has put up a new link on his .plan. It has something to do with Kevin Smith, so check it out! He's also got some fatty links on the CNN site up. Here's the first one, and here's the second.

Guess what? I ended up playing Brood War until three last night. Gah. The last time I checked the clock, it was only midnight. I know, I know, I should cut back, but I'm just about finished the Terran missions. Last one (I think).

It's no surprise then that I got up late this morning. Actually, considering how consistently late I've been for the past couple of weeks, I'm actually waking up at a normal time. (Normally late that is.) At least it wasn't raining when I came to school (it's raining now) so blading wasn't a problem (it will be when I go home).

Found out that there actually won't be a paintball game this weekend. Too bad. Did find out about the dinner thing on Thursday, which means that I'll be skipping out on another lasers lecture.. that's three in a row.. man. Ah well, I'd rather go and have lunch with Jax and the guys than go and sit in a warm room giving myself a sore wrist..

When going to lunch, I had to pick up some money and bumped into WSCW! Hadn't seen her in a while. Then, after wandering into the Math C&D, I got accosted by JI, the last place I expected to bump into her (well, I didn't expect to see her in the DC either but hey..). Had a short talk with her. She was sick, but seemed happy despite life (although I she probably looks the same when she's distraught..). Too bad I couldn't stay too long, she seemed to be in a talking mood.. (yeah yeah, I know). Hopefully she'll make it to the show this month.

While we were walking out of the C&D she was commenting on how much food I was carting out for lunch. I told her that I was just trying to maintain my weight, and she commented

"When guys and girls talk about maintaining weight, it's in different directions."

Hmm.. perhaps, but not all guys are pigs, and not all girls are fat (JI is pretty nice actually). But it depends on who we're around right?

We had a pretty bad thunderstorm this afternoon, made me worry a bit that the computers might go down, especially when that one bolt struck oh-so-close to us. Fortunately, everything's back to normal and there were no power failures.

Gotta pick up some pop tomorrow. We ran out today. Man..

Figure skating was okay, we did quite a number of drills and learned the Dutch Waltz (again). After a whole year, I have finally (finally!) figured out the darned pattern for that thing. Geez.. it confused me all to heck when I first tried to learn it. I figure that if I saw it on paper, I would remember so much quicker.

Broomball was a joke, I was a little worried that some of the good players from the team we played might show up (they beat us two terms ago) but after the first ten minutes of pelting the net, the floodgates opened. SDS got six goals to lead us to an 11-0 victory. Even I got a goal.. which is pretty impressive since I don't usually get one. I was somewhat surprised to see that one of my skating instructors stuck around during the game. I guess she knew one of the refs. (Maybe Justin, who, before the game, asked me if he could see a triple-axle. I told him that he could see it on TV.)

It's still raining outside, and I've hit a brick wall with my LiH work. Gah. I've still got a number of things to try out.. we'll see if I can get this thing to work huh?

Better get going.. I really want to eat, and I need to finish off that Terran mission.. I'll be back.
