Holy links Batman! Well, let's go through the anime ones which I got from KNZ. Seems like there's talk of an Escaflone DVD (which I might want to get)

"The Vision of Escaflowne DVD is on the horizon. However, an English language version is still needed before production on the dvd can get underway."

More details can be found at Anime on DVD.

In more news, seems like Otaku Music USA will be distributing anime and video game soundtracks within the next two months.. the story is here and I'll be listening closely to all of the developments..

The last bit of news is about Mononoke Hime. The theatrical release should be by the end of the month, but there's no mention about Canadian sites.. I've already seen the movie. It's pretty good, but I would like to see it in the theatres sometime..

Got another link from girl about some interesting TI developments.. (I've got stock in the company now.. well, will soon at least). The article is about the possible future of the company and investing opinions.

For those of you who are interested in the competitive league broomball standings, you can check out the campus rec competitive league page. This term is F99, and we are currently on top.. heheheh.

Got my hands on HOMM III.. *maniacal laughter*.. soon.. soon..

Hrumph. I got a question about LXC.. then a definition.

saucy \Sau"cy\, a. [Compar. Saucier; superl. Sauciest.] [From Sauce.]
1. Showing impertinent boldness or pertness; transgressing the rules of decorum; treating superiors with contempt; impudent; insolent; as, a saucy fellow.

The one I found on webster was.

saucy \'sas-e^- also 'so[0xC7]s-e^-\ sauc-i-er; -est
(1530)
1a: impertinently bold and impudent
1b: amusingly forward and flippant: IRREPRESSIBLE
2: SMART, TRIM [a saucy little hat]
-- sauc-i-ly \-e-le^-\ adv
-- sauc-i-ness \-e^--nes\ n

Interesting.. I wouldn't exactly say that LXC is THAT saucy but..

Here's a little reminder from FlyingS of our battle for freedom last year.

It was one year ago, October 8, 1998, that CTRL-A voted to cede from the Federation of Students. One year ago today that then-president John Lai drafted the letter Declaring our Independance.

I think we should all take a profound moment of rememberance for our courageous and forthright forepersons for their contribution to life, liberty and the pursuit of anime. For it was they who made CTRL-A what it is today.

Yeah, and like any of you folks really care.

Is Millennium going to be cancelled? Check out the rumours at the Register. Found out about it at ArsTechnica.

Hmm.. got dragged into signing up for something called Asimba. It's for health and fitness nuts, so I don't know why the heck I signed up. Anyhoo, KGL wanted the fleece so..

[4:00 PM EDT - After the dinner thing.]

Just came back from dinner with Jax and the crew. It was nice to see her again. Didn't do much, mostly talk about this and that.

It was kind of funny though, when weirDo asked me if I was going to class, I told him that I wasn't because I had a dinner engagement. So he asked

"It's a girl isn't it?"

*blink* Well, yeah, but.. ahh, whatever.

Later, when RHS was talking to us, he asked me if I was going to class and so I told him that I had other plans. He asked

"So what's her name?"

What the.. ahh.. whatever.

Why the heck did they think it was a girl anyway? Gee..

Time for me to go, need to get some sleep. Gotta write up a proposal for tomorrow.. gah.
