[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

You know.. I'm not in a real writing mood today. Actually, I'm not usually in a writing mood any day. Whenever I actually feel like writing about something, some event, or some person, or some speck on the wall I just noticed.. (eww) I'll start rambling on and on about this and that.. with very little actual content. Like now for example, although I really don't feel like writing.

Moods like these make it hard for me to respond to e-mail.. even though I wouldn't mind getting more to read.. which I guess is a little hypocritical. *yawn* Alright, I'll make this short since I want to go home and hack around a bit (and finish cleaning up).

Renee filled me in on the going ons last night. She was kind of surprised that I was already in bed at eleven.. heck, I was surprised that I was so tired, but driving for eight hours straight might make one a bit drowsy..

I woke up later than I expected today, I guess I didn't feel like going skating either. JCC called, and inquired about the group order forms.. Oh! The filled group order forms.. last time Caroline called me up about the forms, I thought she was talking about the blank forms. Well, just, I did have the filled forms. Told him to pick them up at one. I guess that nailed it for skating.

Bladed to school today, first time in a couple of weeks.. noticed a fair number of people milling around. I wasn't particularly sure what the heck was going on, but seeing a lot of females in dresses isn't always a bad thing. Took me a couple of minutes to clue it. Convocation! Yeah.. that's right, this is about the right time for it too.. That perked my interest since I wanted to sit in on the Science convocation (seeing as I knew a few people who graduated this year). Stealing weirDo's calender for a sec, I checked the date and time. June 18th. 2pm. Crap. Ah well, there goes that idea.

Oh.. some final thoughts about the week's trip. All in all, it was okay. It could've been much worse, and I was fairly happy with my presentation. (It seemed like everyone else liked it too). Things that stuck out during the week were the cold nights (this has been the coldest week in Ohio out of the past four years.. and when I mean cold, It made up for all three previous hot and humid years!), the dry rooms (the air conditioning doesn't help too much when it's cold, and cold air is usually dry, so our rooms were unusually dry.. fortunately, I didn't get a sore throat until after my talk), and the lack of hot water (the last three days were bizarre, after we got our normal hot water at the beginning of the week, even after letting the hot water run for 10-15 minutes, all we were getting was tepid water. Made for a very cold shower on Friday.).

Oh, from an undisclosed source, for those who need to get over the border without any problems, remember:

When we crossed the first time, I missed out on all four points, and she promptly told me to pull into customs. On the way back, I remembered all four and she looked at us for a sec before letting us go. I'm telling ya people, it works!!

I think that's about it for now. I mentioned to JCC, once he got here, that we should set up some sort of multiplayer Baldur's Gate game.. "When he has time" was the basic response. Gah.

I'll be back tomorrow some time.. I'm gonna go home now.
