[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

A little conversation I had with weirDo on Friday.

"Have you seen the movie with the English patient guy?"

You mean the English Patient?

"Yeah, that's it."

Yes, you're allowed to make fun of him, and you can quote me too!

On the way back home, funny that I bumped into my squash instructor again. Geez, that boy is everywhere! I didn't recognize him at first, but he called my name, and after a bit of squinting I figured out who he was.

After talking with him for a couple of minutes, I headed outside to pick up some milk and the paper. That's when I heard the thunder in the distance. Crap. On the way in, there were actually breaks in the clouds, but by the time I left it was already very overcast and it seemed (and felt) ready to burst.

Hopping into Farah's, I walked by the magazine aisle and took a peek at the recent issue of Scientific American. Glancing around, I noticed that the aisle layout was a little different. Actually, the last time I checked the mags in the store, most of the top shelf was chock full of prono mags, with a single row of "normal" mags in front covering them. Now, there isn't even a magazine barrier. I guess they just ran out of space. Scientific American was one of the few mags left in the top shelf. The right side was still full of computer stuff, but the bottom shelf suddenly turned into a huge glamor mag pile. The few computer mags left were regulated to a tiny corner.. Geez, if this is any indication of what people were buying..

On the way home, I was a little disgusted to see a tampon on the middle of the sidewalk. It must have been washed out from somewhere during the first heavy downpour since there was garbage everywhere. Still, it was rather.. unhealthy to look at. (ick)

A few minutes after I got home, it started to rain.. and it rained for a long, long time. (Got very heavy as well). I was so glad I came home when I did.. I would've have made it unscathed if I stayed an extra half hour.

The rains still didn't relieve us of the uncomfortable heat and humidity. Even with the fan on in my room, it was just way to icky. If I do get a girlfriend, she'll have to have air conditioning.. ugh.

I was able to convince HNT to let me hook up to his cable modem. I was able to suck off the rest of the stuff I had hidden on my account and it also gave me the idea to try out team fortress classic. Hmm. Just for a sec I told myself. I tried to call up weirDo and see if his server was up, but couldn't reach him. Oh well, I just jumped onto the fastest server I could find.

1:30 rolled by and after I found out that I was getting my butt kicked around the room, I figured it was time to go to sleep. Fun game.

I actually woke up sort of on time today. Made it to school at a much more respectable hour. I was a little worried that the rain would fall again this morning. I missed out on the weather report this morning. A heck, I still bladed to school.

What can I say about today? It was a legs day. Guess who had to go and use them??? Ah yes, at least my leg muscles are a bit more developed than the rest of the muscles on my self (which ain't saying much) so after this workout, I actually still feel fine. We'll wait a couple of days tho, if I'm still feeling fine, then it's time to up the weight..

Not much really happened today.. that I can really remember, so I'm just gonna go now. I want to eat and I want to get things working, and I want to check out weirDo's Half-Life server.

Speaking of which, it seems like the Team Fortress 2 site is up. Go and check it out.

Alright, it's time to go. I'll be back tomorrow if I haven't melted by then.
