MJO gave me a site for Insight which is some sort of electronics dealer. I'll have to compare their prices with those of the other companies that I usually frequent.
After the nice weather we've been having (in the past two days) today has been very muggy and humid. How unfortunate. Ah well, I wasn't on planning on staying outside for any length of time anyway.
Found out that we won the rusty whistle award from broomball. It's an award that's given out to the team which has the least penalties in the season. Seeing as we were the only team not to have any penalties, we were easy shoo ins. We get a free hour of pool at Dooley's and a pizza dinner from Domino's. Heck, it's not a seafood banquet, but I'll take free food any day!
The CGSS BBQ was canceled this afternoon. I guess the execs were worried of a little rain or something (I can make cracks since I was one). Wah, that meant that my lunch plans were shot. Actually, RHS called me up later that afternoon inquiring about lunch (he didn't come out with weirDo and I for the entire week since he went to the machine shop - we thought he went out to lunch on his own). I had plans and weirDo wasn't around so that's another lunch we didn't have with him. Hmm, he asked me what I was doing and I told him that I was going to the gym. He griped:
"Aww geez, she roped you into it again?"
Yes. Yes she did. I told you she was very persuasive.
I'll be going home with TP this afternoon (in less than an hour in fact) so I should finish up this really short entry.
I'm really tired, that's an indication that I'm going to be in pain for the next couple of days.. *groan* ah well.. it's always something to look forward to.
