[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

Last night, I finally got to download half of the crap that I had sitting on my account at school. Man o man, even though we had a cable modem, the thing took more than an hour to download.. I only had 125 megs.. I've got another fifty which I transferred from the hard drive from our PC.. hopefully that won't take as long. We'll have to see.

It was a very nice day this morning.. it started to get a bit warm so I wore shorts, even though I had broomball tonight. Eh, I could just change. No skin off my back. Unfortunately, I still work up late, which meant I could either eat breakfast and be late for the CGSS meeting this morning, or make the meeting and go hungry. Eh. I chose the former. I'm not the treasurer anymore!

The meeting was somewhat long, and not so interesting. It still baffles me that both the Prez and the treasurer took notes. Made me feel bad for not really taking notes during my tenure as treasurer. I started handing over the files and crap to the new treasurer, but i still have to get her the money..

After the meeting, I had a few minutes to contact some people who called me, Renee gave me a shout, and Gang Li left a message about his talk (which I'll be giving for those who haven't been reading). Oh yeah, my supervisor called too. By the time I got off the phone, it was already nearly noon, and time to go to the bank to change signing authorities (Finally!). Dusty came in just as I was preparing to leave asking about lunch, I told him that I was busy at noon. He asked:

"Going out with [Renee] huh?"

Uhh.. what? No. Not quite. But close tho. Well, not really. Oh, for the record, we're not going out, and nothing is going on. There's much less going on than there ever was between ShadowWhyspr and I way back when, so it really is nothing.

Went to the bank, got the signatures changed, and did my banking and the club's as well! How's that for timing?

Went out for lunch with Dusty, RHS (who finally came out of the dungeon), and weirDo. There wasn't actually any wind this time so we hoped to throw the disk better today. We didn't. Jean-Guy actually was walking by and I wasn't able to get it to him, but he was able to do a reverse throw and after getting rid of the disk, he said:

"It's too light!"

Tell me something I didn't know!

After that, I went to have a talk with Mr. Lee about his presentation. On the way down, I was able to talk to CVE, check my mail, and pay back Dr. Fisher. Whew, just like connect the dots (la la la la la).. About the presentation, to tell you the truth, it's way too long. I can't fit it in ten minutes! Oi. I guess I'll have to go over it sometime and prune it a bit. What a pain in the butt.

After that, and bit of work on my own presentation, I helped my supervisor with some Tecplot 7 issues. We'll make an expert out of him yet! Then I finally got the files down to the new treasurer.. that took a while since I had to format the disk and I didn't know that it was a new disk. Bah. I still have to give her the money tho..

Then it was time for ball hockey (which we lost I think). Geez, a number of people who told me that they would play didn't. What a pain. For example, Renee, who bugged me all week, chickened out, but that's okay, we'll do better later. Came back to eat and relax a bit before going back for broomball. The games were pretty good. Renee played very well as well. Well, as well as well could be I guess. Which is all well and good.

Now here I am, and I haven't had and real time to do work. Gack. To top it off, I'm to tired to do much now except reply to some e-mail before people think I'm dead or something. I think that's a good way to rest and relax.
