It's unfortunate, but this will probably have to be short.
The weather was dreary again, as usual, and I made it in late today as well. Apparently, the secretaries didn't sort the mail yesterday, since all of the student mail was stuck in a bin, and was there for the entire day (weirDo was there around noon, and I was there around six). Mmm.. at least the cleaned it up today.
One piece of mail that I got (the only one I got actually) was this brochure for some femtosecond laser. I didn't know that until I took off all of the scotch tape. Yes, someone had scotch taped the thing even though it already was sealed. Don't ask me, after figuring out what it actually was, I realized that it wasn't worth the effort of pulling off all the tape. Eh, I think I might still have it somewhere..
Laurana finally updated her page. Hmm.. although if you want to make it in, you'll have to ask for a password.. (ooh!!). I wanna check with her what the heck is going on with it..
I wanted to talk about something that's been bothering me lately (well, and for the past while actually) but I'm tired, I have to make a phone call, and.. well, I want to check something out.
I will tell you that we had six people show up for ball hockey, which is good, since with the extra substitutions, we won 11-3. Cosmo got 7 of the goals.. ooh! Even I got one, a nice feed from MJTD.
Broomball was okay too, I lent my knee pads to Renee, and it so happened that I got my knee injured that game. Gee.. Still, we had a very close first game, and the second game with Mr. Broomball's team, we completely annihilated them. Four goals! (Three of them very lucky) But even after switching Riston to the other team (he was the least tired of the bunch), we still wiped their butts.. it wasn't even funny.
Ah well, we'll have to try to balance it out a bit more next time..
On the way out from the game, the skies had completely cleared (no cloud in the sky at all!) and it wasn't windy anymore.. I guess the storm's over!
I said that this was gonna be short and it will be.. I'm gonna go home now.
