Why the heck does Netscrape keep crashing on me? It's not just my page anymore.. *grumble*

Anyway, last night was moderately productive, I finished most of the CTRL-A accounting and I was able to contact JHunt and fill him in on the details on our little cross country trip this summer. We still don't have any confirmed dates, but we really should get cracking at nailing down some departure times so that we can get the tickets ASAP (Or we would be SNAFU or FUBAR and SOL while AWOL)

Got word from all of the participants at least (JHunt was the last). Heard from the Gozer that he bumped into TCM down at Dal! I thought that quite interesting, seems like I'll be bumping into TCM later this year..

Interest for this thing is high, but after going through a but of math with JHunt, it seems like it will cost at most (hopefully) $1000 to do the one week cross-Canada thing, plus whatever costs incurred for people staying in Vancouver. I was thinking of cutting down the accommodation costs by driving at night (via shifts) and touring during the day. This should work, assuming that (as JHunt states) we get a comfortable car. Amen to that. We could also lug around camping gear to cut costs, but we'll have to look into that as well. Hmm.. possibilities..

Seems like JHunt boy is settling down as well. I won't say any more.. ATM.

Oh man, it's already June.. Gotta start cracking on this and the presentation..

Fixed up the counter so it doesn't increment during reloads.. seems like my work is done there (for now at least). I'll be hacking at the BattleTech directory next.. making up fiction is easier than whatever stories I have to make up for my CV.. oh, did I type that visibly? Whatever.

Could've played squash today, but I didn't think there were any courts free. Got informed later that all four courts were empty.. oops. Ah well, we went out to lunch instead at J. Gato's. Great deli food there. I hope she liked it. I would've walked her home but seeing that it was in the middle of the day.. I didn't think I would be able to get away with skipping out an extra hour of work, so I headed back.

Tomorrow, if the rain holds up, I might go rollerblading.. but we'll have to see.

I'm skipping out on softball today, it looks like rain, a lot of rain. Should be a thunderstorm rolling in soon, so I probably shouldn't stay here that long either. Hopefully it won't be too bad tomorrow (even though they're predicting bad weather). I don't want to miss another tennis lesson.. that would make it three in a row! Ah!!

Oh yeah, I checked to see if there actually was a www.netscrape.com website up. There is, but there's nothing there. Like anyone would want a site like that. What kind of stunt were they trying to pull anyway?

Silly kids, tricks are for adults.

I still remember a couple of years back when some people tried to get big bucks from the big companies by buying up the popular domain names and selling them at a profit.. what a joke.

That's all for now, I should go back and eat, watch the Leafs, and finish some accounting. Later.
