[12:00 PM EST - No subject.]

That's kinda odd, it seems like I keep remembering things the day after more often than the day of. For example, I completely forgot about the conversation about washing hair with HaremPresident, (which is the reason why he wears a hat all the time - and why I used to wear a hat all the time in grade 11). Or the KGB spy thing.. Go look up KGB spy on Snap, you'll be quite surprised (it used to work with Hot Bot, but they changed it - bastards!).

Or even about going to the blood donor clinic.. yeesh, how could I forget about that? Except for the fact that I didn't donate blood? Well, let me explain, after I finished taking my shower (and putting some clothes on) Hazel - who I've been spelling her name with a C all this time. Doh! - knocked on my door and asked if I would go to the blood donor clinic with her. What the.. speak of last minute.. I figure, what the heck, why not. Then she tells me that I should donate blood as well. Me?? Ha! I'd just pollute the system. She did mention something about clearing out your blood every now and then.. (wasn't that what blood letting was for?) Anyway, to make a long story short, I went with her to the clinic, and I was going to donate blood, except for the fact that this wasn't a walk-in clinic. You have to make an appointment! Well, seeing as they were booked (like completely) I didn't stick around to get my blood taken from me. Oh well.

One more thing about yesterday (actually more like early this morning). As I was walking home from school last night, this cop car pulls up next to me in the MKS parking lot and asks:

Did two guys come running this way?

Being completely oblivious to my surroundings (I turn off my senses when I walk home) I said "No". Which is the truth, but if a heard of man eating crickets came trundling past, I still wouldn't have noticed. Well, it got more interesting when another police car drove into the parking lot next to the one that I was in. The original cop drove into that lot and drove out, with the other right behind. And just as I was getting off of that parking lot, another cop car came swinging out from behind and down the street. (Sounds like a good old fashioned police chase.). That was so bizarre, they really were gunning for these people pretty hard. It didn't even end there, as I was crossing Phillip, I heard a sound of crashing glass coming from the gas station ahead of me, so I checked it out (it was on the way home). I didn't see anything obvious, but after looking behind me, I noticed that one of the glass doors to the kiosk in the middle of the gas station was broken. At that very moment, the original cop who questioned me pulls up into the station and tells me:

The guys we're looking for did this.

Well.. that was quite an interesting few moments. Too bad I missed out on all the action. It was quite surprising, since just before leaving, weirDo yelled at the window out to a few people outside (well, the window was closed) something about freaking drunk people. Quite odd for a Thursday night (Wednesday was Saint Patrick's day). Oh well.

Actually, would like to mention that one of weirDo's friends (TRP I think) told us a story of how they found the door to their house kicked on last night. It was quite an interesting story, but I forgot it. Still, it happened sometime last night, and they even called the cops about it. The conclusion that we came up with was that the people that the police were looking for when I was walking home, were the same guys who took out their door. If it were true, then it would be pretty freaky since the cops would've been looking for a long long time.. (and I didn't hear about anyone getting caught today on the news).

Finally, I got a thank you card (literally! - it was a cue card with thank you on it) from Kat for the graduated cylinder. I had to give back the money tho, since I didn't actually buy it (and no, I didn't steal it either!).

Whew! And that was all yesterday, let's see what's happened today..

I came to school late as usual. Amazingly tho, neither weirDo nor Cosmo were in! That was kinda bizarre. Neither of them came in until after 1 PM.. excuses excuses..

That spec student came by again. Seems like she really likes visiting us or something. She was asking for help with the next CHEM 129 assignment. She's also looking for a tutor for CHEM 129 to help her with her studies. I'm not sure if there is anyone available for that, but if she's really really desperate I'll probably volunteer my services. I dunno, it'll be kinda hard since she's a little lost.. we'll have to see I guess.

I was a little freaked out today because I had a Chem Phys seminar to give today. I was preparing for the whole week, off and on, but I didn't have the slides made until an hour before the talk. Well, I was a little worried that my talk would be a little short (I only had 11 slides including the title and I generally talk fast when nervous). So, I didn't do much before the talk except for help that student a bit. Fortunately, the talk went quite smoothly, and very quickly. I was quite happy about that, I was a little worried that I wouldn't be understandable, but there were quite a few questions after the talk and I think I answered them pretty well. It was kinda funny that the sun came out after my talk. It was cloudy and crappy for the whole day, and only got nice after my presentation, as if the weather was having sympathy pains or something. Hopefully my talk in Columbus will go just as smoothly (my talk today is basically what I'll be showing at the ISMS in June.

I finally went to visit Renee down at the arcade tonight. She was looking kinda sad again. Yeesh, this kid just never has any happiness or something. Well, I promised her that I'd e-mail her soon.. Maybe we should go out to lunch or something, it really seemed like there was a lot on her mind, although the arcade isn't ever the greatest place to hold a conversation..

This is much more than I thought I'd write, but there's the broomball game tomorrow.. and skating.. ah well, enough for now. I've got to go eat. I shall return!
