Well got up early today, considering how late I went to sleep last night. I ended up making it back home at quarter to midnight, cooking my pork chops (well, cutting em up and making cream of corn sauce) and eating dinner until 1:30 in the morning. That's not too bad, but I actually got up and out of bed before 9:00 this morning! Wow, that's like a record or something. Reason being that I didn't want to miss lunch today..
I made it to school by 9:45.. I haven't been this early in weeks. I plan to be at the school by 8 something on Saturday (for the CHEM 492 talks) so this is good practice I guess. Anyway, picked up the CHEM 129 assignments I had to mark and checked on weirDo's not so smart lab. Not too exciting. Well, got back and started to finish up that Spec assignment. It wasn't too bad actually, I was making good headway considering that there were a couple of questions that were slightly ambiguous.. but much of this was review, so I had a definite advantage.
Interesting, found out on ZDNet that the new Star Wars trailer is out on the net! Kewl. Of course the load is so high, I'd be surprised if anyone got a copy of it yet..
Found out on Laz's site that Stanley Kubrick is dead! You know, Stanley Kubrick, the guy who directed 2001, Dr. Strangelove, etc. Wow, I should go watch his films now.. (He's got a new one coming.. Uhh.. Eyes wide shut, with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman..)
Played volleyball and broomball today.. guh, that second game of broomball really killed me..I got more injuries in that game than I've gotten in the past two terms! Well, hopefully I'll have healed enough by Saturday to be able to play for Riston's team..
That should be enough for now. I'm starting to ache from the injuries so I should go and get some rest. I guess I won't be getting around to doing some of the chores I had planned (aww..) but now that I have my assignment done (Yes, I finished it finally, and only a week early!) I'll spend some time tomorrow e-mailing people. What's next on the agenda? Hmm.. probably my Rb2 presentation. But I think I should start working on my Born-Oppenheimer Breakdown report.. which I barely started. (It has to be 15-20 pages!) Oh well, till tomorrow.
