What great weather we had today, sunny and mild. Definitely something we'll all enjoy when spring arrives. This made getting up worthwhile since, unfortunately, there's a winter storm alert in our area for tonight with forecasts of up to 20 cm of snow. That's a heck of a lot of snow. What's going on this year? Is all our snow falling on only one day of the month? What a bizarre winter.
I forgot to mention yesterday about KNZ's visit to my office. Well, he wanted money for the pop from the CTRL-A show and mentioned that one of my students came by looking for me (I was out and just got in). Dang. Well, today, she came by again, and I WAS in, except that I was in weirDo's office space and she didn't even bother looking around the other rooms. I thought I'd chase her down but figured that she'd come back. Well, she did, but this time she went into Cosmo's office (which is next to weirDo's) and got help from him. Oh yeah, I was in weirDo's office all that time too (and she didn't notice - or maybe she did but was avoiding me? Hmm.) All too weird.

Just found out about the Playstation 2(000) at SharkyExtreme. Specs look very good, and I also checked out the article they refer to. Seems like it won't be coming out in North America for at least a year and a half, so don't hold your breath.
Whoa! OGR has finally switched sites in it's plan to integrate with Computer Games Online. This has been going on for the past couple of months with most of it's articles pointing to CGO articles. Well, it looks okay, and the articles still seem fine, so I don't think that this will be a problem.
Seems like GBC's gonna be getting his G3 next week! The colour term's up for grabs but both GBC and weirDo made me feel guilty for getting the good office (I like my window!). Well, I guess I can pass on getting it.. *sigh*
Did anyone see the first full moon of March? Will anyone be seeing the second blue moon of the year?? Does anyone even care?? Hello??!?

Whoa.. hold on, when did he do that?? Laz just updated his Sciborg page, with some personal comments. Hmm.. even Lynx will read this. (Okay, I shouldn't put down Lynx, it's a good text browser, just wanted to point out that the page wasn't overly visual (and crazy) as his previous work.) Hmm.. after looking at the source, I think there's been a couple of (like two) non-standard HTML tags used.. my my, and a typo too, lost a whole paragraph. Quite an interesting read if you know what this guy's life is about. If not, well, you can always compare it with your life and say "Gee, I'm so lucky" or "Gee, I'm so f*****". Then again, you might say the second one even if you don't read his comments. Anyway, check it out if you want, I like his comments about the "get sick/get cured" cycle as opposed to the "avoid getting sick" mindset that people should use, makes sense.
Uhh.. just noticed the Curtis event. Hmm, I don't recall being at the party at that time, but I must say, I have NEVER ever for the life of me seen Laz angry. Never! (except maybe for that time I impersonated him when his mom called - but that was more annoyed than angry) Anyway, that was an interesting comment. Then again, I probably wouldn't exactly feel happy-go-lucky if some guy said that he could have my girl anytime. Something to consider..
Oh yeah, one more thing before I go. I get the distinct impression (for the past few years in fact) that people think that I'm arrogant. Well, at least something to that effect. Am I? I've never actually pictured myself as such, and it's so hard to view oneself from someone else's point of view. I think it has much to do with my tone of voice. It's too bad that I don't tape my conversations, it would make it easier to understand why people react the way they do. I don't consciously change the tone of my voice, at least I don't notice. But I remember talking to DeeL way back in high school, how my voice got softer whenever I talked to Jen (who I had a crush on at that time). I never noticed, but he's probably right, which means that my voice will probably harden when I'm annoyed as well. (Or when I think I'm right - which is much more often than I would admit)
That kinda sucks. It makes me an open book when it comes to my thoughts on a situation (and probably explains why people look at me the way they do). Hmm.. this will take some time to fix.. and a whole lot of effort.
It's getting late for groceries.. I better get back to see if HNT's home. There's no way I can make it to the stores on foot (especially if the bad weather hits). Time to go.
