[10:25 PM EDT - Just 48.]

I started testing out the Aptiva and I found out that it only had 48MB of RAM! Doh! In addition, I found out that I couldn't mix and match those SIMMs, and that the six slot board had trouble seeing chips larger than 4MB on the last four slots. That really annoys me.

So, as it stands, the memory on each system goes from 48, 48, 32, 32 MB. That's a far cry from the 64 MB I wanted on the main node. At least I found some hard drives to play with. It should be enough space to set up a temp/swap drive on every node. Now all I need to do is to figure out how to set it up so that it works. Oh yeah, I also figure I have about 24 MB of usable SIMMs lying around that I should utilize. Maybe I should find yet another Pentium to play with? (Like the one I was going to get rid of? I have enough parts to get it up and running again.)

Oh, I'm also feeling sore. I played a lot more today than I did yesterday and I didn't get all that much sleep this weekend either. I should probably hit the sack..

Wait a minute -- what about those 3 sticks of 32MB DIMMs I gave you? Can't you use those to create one 64MB system?

Ahh.. I thought those sticks were for the BH6. (I should read the comments more often!) I shall do some more testing tomorrow!
