[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

Someone from Argentina sent me a little request (via mail) for a reprint of one of my papers! Wow, this is a first! I figure I should respond to that request promptly no?

What a nice day it is today. Sunny and cool. Just how I like it. Apparently the other guys thought the same was as I did since Dusty and RHS were both able to come out of the dungeon to throw the disc around. I wasn't throwing all too well, but it was still fun, especially with all of those people on the field..

Speaking of people, the difference in population between the fall and spring terms are huge! During the spring, you notice a few people milling around during the class breaks, but in the fall, the campus is jam packed with students weaving around each other, trying to make it to their next destination. Mind you, this should die down once midterms start and people start studying, but after the laid back spring term, this is quite a shock. Also makes for more targets during our lunch disc breaks..

Apparently Yahoo! does anime broadcasts over the net. Got the link from KNZ. Haven't checked it out yet, seeing as Lynx is graphically challenged (a la Growly), but those of you who are interested should check it out!

Just opened up this little package (very tiny, the size of a jawbreaker) to find inside, a pair of ear plugs! I was wondering what the heck was wrapped in all that tissue paper. Of course, I don't know when I'll use this thing. I'm usually the one making most of the noise!

The load on Scienide has been over four for the past couple of days now. The average load is around eight. Seeing as there are only four processors on the computer, eight is pretty high. Funny enough, even with such a high load, it's faster to run my jobs on Scienide rather than running them on the (now unused) Theochem machine. Gah.

For those of you who were wondering, the rumours are true. The Campus Cove is back at the SLC. This means that I can go back there and relax while blowing up lots of stuff. Some of the games have changed, but the most interesting improvement is their acquisition of "Silent Scope". I already talked about this game last month, but this version that we have at the cove doesn't show the scope view on the main screen. This means that you're pretty much forced to use the scope on the gun to make your shots. The game is much tougher, and much more realistic. I might swing by the Cove more often..

On my way back from the Cove, I passed by one of the frosh leaders who was in my group. She recognized me with a big cheery smile

"Hi [QYV]!"

But I couldn't recall her name until after she passed..

Gah.. I hate when that happens..

Before I went to check out the Cove with AgentP, I was over by the bank, getting some signing authorities changed. This was all for the club of course, and I also picked up the floats seeing as the show was tonight. Well, I did go to the beginning of the show, and it was fairly good although Kotetsu made Goldenboy seem tame. Nadesico was good, although I had to leave in the middle after they started explaining who the Jovian lizards were..

Why did I leave early you ask? Well, the broomball get together was planned for this Friday (today) and I had inadvertently agreed to the date before checking my calender. Bah. That's okay, I can't really complain that much since I did get a ride to the house.

Spent most of the time there playing Mario Kart, watching our broomball final, and watching The Seven Samauri. Okay, we never actually finished watching the movie (It's over three hours long!) but we did get past the first tape. I might rent it someday to watch the second half, but boy.. was it ever long!

Funny how I skipped out on the Domino's pizza that we were selling at the show, just to end up ordering Domino's pizza at the broomball get together..

I best get going. I'm getting really tired and I have to get up for the show tomorrow. The work never seems to end..
