Well, despite the disorganization and general chaos of putting these little meetings together with any faction of the CTRL-A group, things turned out pretty okay in the end. We (the four of us) went to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner and then (switching one of the four) went to watch "The 13th Warrior". It was not bad, although it was pretty overhyped by AgentP and JCC. Also, the people in front of us were obnoxiously loud. I wanted to tell them to quiet down.. I still don't know why I didn't. Maybe I should do opposites sometime.
Hrumph. Found out that weirDo also went to watch the 13th Warrior last night. Not only that, he also went to the same theatre. He even went to the same show! Funny how I didn't see him (or the guys he was with). Anyhoo, they sat at the other end of the theatre and also heard those guys that were sitting in front of us (they were that loud). weirDo asked my why I didn't just tell the guys in front of us to shut up. I'm wondering the same thing. I am generally very passive. I do not tend to take risks or do something spontaneously, although I would like to be a little more aggressive.
The weather was very nice today, and this time, I did capitalize on the sunshine. Threw the disc around for a bit with weirDo even though I couldn't raise Dusty of RHS from the dungeons. Ah well, there's always tomorrow.
I guess I'm paying for my time outside however. My allergies have come back with a vengeance, and I still have to go shopping today..
Replaced my graphic trip cost breakdown with a smaller, HTML table. Figured I might as well use one since my style sheet seems to be handling tables a bit better now. I also played around with the picture index a bit.. cleaned up the code and moved the pictures around. No major changes there tho.
Ugh.. I'm very tempted to see if I can get some new eyeballs.. I should get going, I don't think I can function effectively for much longer, and I really do have to go and get some food.
