[12:00 PM EDT - No subject.]

Oh yeah, there was some sort of tour group that came by the show yesterday. I think they were just looking around school and happened to come into our area just as we were finishing Berserk. Well.. actually, we were running the credits so it wasn't that interesting. Mind you, had they actually seen some of the fight scenes.. that too would have been interesting..

There was a call last night, really late after I went to bed. I would hazard a guess to be around two or three in the morning, but I was too tired to check the clock. The phone only rang once before being picked up, but since it was dark outside, I knew that it was still way before my wake up time. I haven't found out who called yet, but I have a hunch..

Seems like the King Street Trio brunch was a go. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone who was going who was actually driving. After trying to contact Laz and AgentP, I gave up and bladed down to the restaurant (FlyingS, who I had talked with earlier, decided to walk.). It took me half an hour to get down there, which made me half an hour early for the reservation time (of noon). After getting there, I found out that, yes.. there was someone who actually drove down to the restaurant! Gah! However, considering that seven of us actually showed up to the brunch, stuffing all of us into one car would've been.. uncomfortable.

We decided during the meal to watch a matinee, considering that Kings College is right next door. The vote was for Stigmata although one of us decided not to watch. Ironically, it had to be the one with the car to boot. Ah well, no great loss. I needed the exercise anyway. My thoughts on the movie? Ah!

The door just slammed shut. Freaked me out.

Ah yes, back to the movie. What can I say? It was.. interesting. I don't know how else to put it. The movie didn't have that much of an affect on me. Oh, the word "stigmata" is explained in the movie, although they are more specific than Websters definition as being the plural for stigma:

2a stigmata pl: bodily marks or pains resembling the wounds of the crucified Christ and sometimes accompanying religious ecstasy

I think the best thing to do is for you to watch the movie and decide what you think of the movie. It's made quite a hubbub within religious circles, so you might want to see it for yourself.

Oh, Werdna noticed that we had a mop in the house. It was hidden in the laundry room. Actually, it was in plain sight. How could I not have noticed it before?!?

Since we had no ride back home, I decided to walk back with FlyingS. Took about an hour to walk, but we stopped off at the KW bookstore and the Waterloo Town Centre for some food so I didn't get home until late this afternoon. That meant that I just spent my whole day.. already!

Still can't figure out why Heavy Gear keeps crashing on me. The game seems to work better when I have no squad mates, but doing that means that I'm asking to get killed. I don't like being killed thank you very much. If it wasn't for the fact that the game keeps kicking me out, I would have finished it by now. Pain in the butt. Still looking for a copy of Civilization II and Civ Net. Should get weirDo hooked..

Sometimes, when you don't think anything interesting will happen.. someone calls you up out of the blue..

..and no, I don't drink beer.

Well, ended up responding to one message (one big one at that) so I'm happy and I can go home to sleep now.. Mmm.. sleep..
