Hrumph. I actually went to bed a bit earlier last night but I still ended up getting up later than I wanted too. It was even a nice sunny day as well! I guess the sunshine doesn't get me out of bed then.. could it be.. tidal forces?
Thinking that I was the only one taking a shower, I was somewhat surprised to hear the slow whining sound of the water pressure dropping in the shower. Gah.. not only that, the temperature of the water turned from warm to frigid. As this drain didn't stop anytime soon, it only meant one thing. Someone else was taking a shower. Geez.. the water did get a bit warmer.. (like barely luke warm) so I finished up quick and jumped out before I caught hypothermia.
I don't complain as often in the summer because the weather is warm and a cold shower isn't detrimental to my health. However, as winter approaches, these sudden cold showers may make waking up a nightmare..
Anyway, as I mentioned before, today was a nice day weatherwise. Unfortunately, we never got a call from the dungeon so by the time I noticed that I was getting hungry, it was already way past one. How unfortunate. I'll have to remember to prod those guys out sometime this week.
On my way to drop off the money into the bank, I bumped into two people that I recognized, but didn't talk to normally. Of course, they greeted me and talked about this and that ("How are you?" "I'm awake.") Hmm.. funny how friendly people could be if you just greet someone.
I was a little late for the campus rec lesson signup. I wasn't too worried though. The figure skating class is never full. Speaking of which, I forgot to mention that during the league signup, I recognized one of the girls working in the lineup as one of my skating instructors from.. the fall term I think. She was also there today, but I turned shy on her and tried to avert my gaze. She reminded me of SG, but cuter and maybe a bit too happy-go-lucky. Still.. ah, I'll work on it.
I should go home and make the second dish that I didn't make on Monday.
