Hey, I just got a postcard from Squishy! Looks really nice. How come I end up going to exotic places like Cornwall and Columbus while she goes to places like Victoria and San Diego? Where's the justice?!? *shakes fist*
I got the tire fixed, and it seems to be holding well. This time, I kept an eye on the guy who was working on the tire and he looked like he was some crazy worker ant, going back and forth between the tire machine and the water tank, getting other people to look at it, and working at the tire and stuff. Eventually, I saw that he was pulling something out of the tire itself, so I figured that he found a nail of some sort, but then he kept working at it. After an hour of this, he came in and told me that the tire still leaked near the valve. He tried sanding it and buffing it, rebeading it and nothing seems to work. So I went out to check out the damage, and it didn't look all that bad. I knew the tires leaked a little, but this was okay considering that he found the nail that made it leak fast the past few days. So, when I was charged for rebalancing, I didn't complain. This guy definitely put the effort into it.
Anyway, HKL came on by so that we could put those files onto DVD. I had estimated two would be enough for the whole collection and it was more than sufficient. Unfortunately, I had screwed up the calculations on the time it would take to make the copy, so we only made one copy. Hopefully the files will be verified so he can make another copy later.
Man, there goes the whole night! Ah well, at least I'll have.. uh.. what time off?!?

It seems as if it was raining today. It's still overcast, so the ultimate game is likely to be canceled. On that note, I might be able to get some badminton in this week. Hopefully my knee won't be acting up. I think it's any lateral movement that causes it to go a bit. I guess all those years standing on subways, RTs and buses have taken their toll..
I was asked on Saturday (by Squishy) if I'd ever fall head over heels for someone anytime soon. I actually had to think about that for a bit, but I do think the answer is yes. But really this quote sums it up:
