Ugh. My neck is sore, and I'm tired. I think yesterday's antics have taken their toll on me. I feel like I've got a three hundred pound gorilla sitting on my shoulders. I can barely turn my neck, and I'm ready to keel over and go to sleep.

There's been a poster up on the mirror of the men's washroom for the past couple of months. It mentions the proper washing procedures. So, after starting at this poster for a month, I decided to try out, but I think the procedures are a little excessive. I'll do this one step at a time. The first step: use soap.
Washing your hands after going to the washroom is definitely something people should do, but not all guys do it (I've never gone to the washroom with a women so I can't say what percentage of women wash their hands). I'd say about half the men wash their hands. Out of the half that do wash, more than two thirds just rinse their fingers and don't bother with soap. I'm going to try to put myself in the minority. But old habits are hard to break, and new habits are not always easy to form.

Man, didn't I just recently cut my hair? Anyway, I need a new haircut. Actually, I think I've needed one for a week now, but I've been putting it off until now. My hair's been cleaning the car's celing for the past several days so I either have to push my seat back or get it cropped.
I also have to do laundry as well. Man, where does the time go? I thought I had tonight to do stuff (like chores) but I look at the time and it's already late.
