Well, I handed over the present to girl, and she was a little shocked.
Anyway, when HT asked me what the present was for, I told him that it was a birthday present for two months ago. I must've mumbled it (like everything else) because he asked,
"Two months ago, or two months from now?"
So I told him,
"Ten months from now."
He looked puzzled and left it at that. Several seconds later, he slapped himself on the forehead and told me,
"Oh! That's what you mean!"

One great quote that I made to MR when I was talking about ultimate was when he told me that his wife wanted him to get into shape. I told him,
"Just tell her that you're already in shape. She didn't specify what kind of shape."
I hope he didn't swerve too much when he was laughing.

I found this while going through the Debian website. Cool idea. I think it's probably the way to go for future downloads. I also checked out Slackware and both should be able to run on my mini-Pentium. Heck, both should work on the 486! If I had time, I may actually do that, but right now, I want to get that P166 up and running, and I would like it to have some functionality..

I'm thinking of upgrading all of my Windows machines to XP. Apparently my C300 should be able to handle it, especially with the memory boost from June (which really was a memory downgrade since I took the 128MB stick out and replaced with with a 64MB and 32MB stick). Still, 200MB RAM should be plenty right? This is all in preparation of getting a new system since XP has better remote control capabilities than 2000 does methinks. In any case, my laptop uses XP and I would like all my machines to be consistent..
