[12:17 AM EDT - News Bytes: What are the chances?]

I found this on the ShackNews on some pretty unprobable events. Hmm.. I'm wondering if a certain kayaker will get a little too close to a whale herself.. *rubs chin*

[12:03 PM EDT - A little overwhelmed.]

Wow, it's strange how some days, everything is great, I'm all realaxed, and I can take it easy (like Saturday). Then out of left field, everything comes crashing down all at once (like Sunday). Ouch. I should get a hard hat. Actually, that's not entirely true. I knew about a number of these issues for a while now. It's just that I've kept them off for a little while. Reoccuring chores like laundry and maintaining my books, and then stuff like this leaky tire, buying drinks for the team come up every now and then. I really should stop assuming that everything's going to be hunky dory until something goes wrong, because when something does go wrong, I'm usually not prepared for it timewise. Well, that's not true either since I do have a lot of time. I just fill it up with stuff that can be rescheduled or canceled without killing me. And I'm financially sound, so really, things are all good even if something does come up. Maybe I'm just complaining. Yeah, complaining is good.

Well, here I am waiting for my tire to get fixed a third time. Third time's the charm right?

As the summer events and fall events collide, I'm going to have to do some juggling of events. Ugh. I think I need more sleep. *takes nap*
