Even though people have known about Code Red for a couple of weeks now, only a portion of the servers that are at risk will be getting patched, and those that will be fixed probably will have it done today. Ah well, we'll see how things pan out. Maybe the hype will be able to convince enough people to protect their systems..

Finally! After months of people going on about those stupid email Trojans (which are neither viruses nor worms, despite what "experts" say), we have an honest to goodness self-propogating worm to grab public attention. Morris would be proud.
It's just too bad its main goal in life is DoS. That's just lame.
