Hmm, I just noticed something. A couple of my characters didn't get ported over when I upgraded D2. Namely, my barbarian and paladin. Uhh.. where did they go?

Just got back from Sibbald Point Provincial Park. We went with a bunch of girl's friends and hung around up there for a while. Man was it hot today. I hope it's cooler tomorrow.
One thing I forgot to mention last week was when I went out to lunch at Wendy's. I ordered iced tea for a drink, but they ran out, so instead I had some Minute Maid lemonade. Taking a look at the label on the pop dispenser I noticed, in small letters, a little note:
"Contains no real juice"
Yummy. *takes a sip* Ick. That stuff is gross!

I found out that my older characters on Diablo II were still viewable after I installed the expansion, but the ones I played (and saved) after I upgraded to version 1.08 (and maybe 1.06) were pooched. I'm not sure how to get around this problem but I'll take a look into it. I've got other things to do ATM.

Yay! I can see my paladin again! Apparently I had to upgrade to v1.08 for the expansion set. (Laz told me about that.) Boo, something screwed up my characters and now they're being wiped. What's up with that?

Man, there are a lot of kids being born around this time of year huh? I went out to a birthday dinner for Skinny Pig and met a lot of people I didn't know, who were a few years younger than me. Actually, I did recognize.. oh, two? Actually, AG showed up late. I was surprised to see him! Boy is he tall, I haven't seen him since high school (which puts him in grade.. 10?) and he was not that tall back then. *looks up* What a huge difference a few years makes. (I could not believe it when his brother told me that he was taller than him. Actually the two of them are very similar now, it was quite uncanny.
Umm, the party was okay. We played the name game after eating, and then went home. A nice bunch of people they were.
Oh hey, I'm still having problems with my D2 characters again. Even though I can see them, every time I load a game, they get zapped back to level 1. Converting them to expansion characters works, but the one expanded character I have doesn't. Grr..
