I went to bed last night around five. What am I doing up so soon?!? *rubs eyes* My ears are still ringing, and my muscles are still sore. *rubs shoulder* What to do?
Maybe I'll just counter some strikes, or strike some counters?

Heh, do you think Lucas will really change the title? Here's a site for game quotes. Finally, I didn't hear about this on the news. (All links from the ShackNews.)

Hey, NVM's page was down for a bit. I thought it had disappeared so I did a quick check on Google and came across this story. It has nothing to do with NVM of course.

Hmm, Laz beat me to the punch at putting up an entry for our night at Helium. Eh, fortunately he doesn't embelish (which was my major worry) so I don't have to rush to get the record straight! *wipes forehead*

We went to Laz's place to meet up with Growly and Dangerman. We also picked up Werdna on the way and Jules came by afterward. I didn't stay very long since I also had roller hockey to go to. (They were both scheduled to start at six, but since roller hockey ends at ten, I figured that I could go for two hours for each.)
Roller hockey was good. I played with a different group than the Saturday bunch and the arena was outdoors. It was also about two-thirds the size or a regular sized arena, so my guess is that it's actually designed for ball hockey. I recognized a number of faces there and everyone was nice and friendly, which was good considering how late I was. Actually I guess it was good for me to come late since people started to leave and I was one of the few people who stuck around until the end. The skill level of this group is not as high as the players from the Saturday games, but it was still pretty fun. Hopefully I'll improve a lot now that I'm playing twice a week!
Before I go, I found a few links from the ShackNews. The first is another possible entry for the Darwin Awards, a study showing that house causes impotence (*turns down music*), a boobmeter(I can't believe someone actually used it), the Quake movie, and another reason why saying "Bomb" on a place is bad.
