Hey, did anyone go downtown yesterday? It seems like the core was plagued by millions of aphids, not exactly an appetizing situation, but apparently it was harmless. It had something to do with the change in the barometric pressure. *shrug* Speaking of the weather, don't you think it's silly for the authorities to ask people to bike to work during smog alerts when it's the worst time to actually be out side, much less doing strenuous activity? Okay, they also say public transit, which is good, but nobody in North America will willingly take public transit will they? (Well, except me to a certain degree. But for different reasons.) Ah yes, so I biked to work again today. Exercise is good for me I keep telling myself. Hopefully it won't get too hot this afternoon..

Possible LoD spoiler warning.
Two days is all it took. Mind you, I walked into the normal level with a level 39 necromancer.The fact that I still gained over three levels of experience tells you that there's a lot of experience (and goodies) to be had in act V. Then there was Baal himself..

Umm, I'm not sure if that's much of a spoiler warning. You'll find out about that very quickly. Anyway, even with my (then level 42) necromancer, I died many times against him. Tough little guy isn't he?
The game itself was okay. The extra runes and jewels were kind of cool, although there weren't too many new enemies. It seemed to get repetitive after a while, but that may be because I played five hours straight for two days. It doesn't seem like much, and I've done worse, but I guess I'm getting old. By the end I just wanted to finish the game and do something interesting.
Anyway, I've got dishes to wash..
