My elbow still stings from Saturday so I think it's a good idea I take it easy and skip out on the next roller hockey thing this weekend. Besides, I was planning to leave the city anyway. How serendipidous!
I've got to remind myself about badminton tonight, and.. that's about it. Okay, back to work.

I didn't mean to fall in love with you.
Oh hey, I forgot to mention something yesterday after Counter Strike. One of the most tense moments in battle (apart from the times I went into knife some guys - Laz took one of my knife kills! *shakes fist*) was when playing against Pops. Every now and then he gets the urge to charge in commando style with a shotgun. It's amazingly effective. *looks at kill messages* One time, I was rushing in to throw a grenade, and he caught me in mid-throw. Erk. Anyway, there was one incident where two Ts and I were going under the tunnel in Dust. We were slowly making our way to the end, when I started hearing the familiar *boom* *boom* from a shotgun. *tension rising* Taking a peek at the radar, I noticed that there was now just one dot behind me. *boom* *boom* No dots. *tension still rising* Fortunately for me, my teammates acted as cannon fodder because I think I got Pops while he was reloading. *bang* *bang* *thud* Heheheh..
To bad that was the only time I ever got the boy, but was it ever exciting hearing those shotgun booms get closer and closer.. I can picture the crazed, bloodshot eyes of Pops staring from behind the barrel as he rushes headlong into the chaos..

Badminton went well. I didn't recognize anyone there except that EL invited a bunch of people from the badminton group I play with so I didn't feel like the only old fogie out there.
The four hours didn't seem so bad because I didn't play for all of it. I would say I got about two hours of playing time in, which isn't so bad.
