Well, I got in on time (more or less) this morning. I definitely have a bruise on my thumb, and I'm in need of sleep. This getting up early thing is KILLING me! *collapses*

While I was out to pick up lunch, a couple of coworkers pulled up a couple of lanes over in the left turn lane. A bit of broken telephone ensued where I caught bits and pieces of where they were going for lunch. It took me a minute of deciphering after the fact to realize that they were heading out to Licks. Hmm, I haven't been there in a while. Unfortunately I had already agreed to pick up food for DP so I couldn't change plans. Oh well.

DP was telling me about how cood chips were in England. I've never actually tried them myself, but I know someone who might've. Anyone want to tell me the (subjective) differences between chips there and fries here? *finds an onion ring in poutine* Hmm.. *eats it anyway*
I should be burning this off tonight..
Well, I think that this is the first rain we've had in this fair (and dry) city in.. a few weeks now? Holy.. our lawn should love this!
Badminton was pretty good. I got to play in a pretty tough game and realized how inferior my skills were. (Actually, just watching some of those tournament players play was bad enough, but playing with a couple of people near their level..)
There was one girl there who I hadn't seen before. She is SO cute! Holy crap! She reminds me of MPS in her mannerism and physique. Damn she's cute. Now all I have to be is a bit more outgoing..
Actually, for some reason it brought back memories of this girl that was in the same math class as me in first year. She was kind of cute too, and always hung around a couple of friends. Man.. I really should open up more.

Hey, when we were getting our uber-hot weather, the girls on our office weren't stripping! Also, I found this interesting article on the point of view of a game developer. Both links from the ShackNews.
