The German courts always have been particularly useless in this regard. They're the ones who wanted Ebay to magically filter the content that reached their country, right? Dolts.

(That isn't to say that Tony Blair wouldn't love to do the same thing - he's just too busy crushing our civil rights these days - I'm sure ISPs are next on the list..)
