[12:07 AM EST - Before I collapse.]

I found this ditty from the ShackNews interesting. Doctors saved a man by getting him drunk.

[10:29 AM EST - Oh geez, I'm up.]

I got up early today. Forgot to throw up an update though. Ugh.

[12:10 PM EST - Northern Lights.]

The show last night was pretty nice. I wasn't sure what the heck it was until girl handed me over the tickets as we were heading out for dinner. *looks at tickets* Hmm.. Section: Dressed. *looks down*

<- wearing jeans and a T-shirt.

I'd say that I was dressed. (Albiet under-dressed. *notices most of the people in suits and dresses*)

The show was a barbershop ensemble and they sang quite a number of songs and added in some showmanship to make it more interesting. I even recognized some of the songs like: "Life goes on", "It had to be you", and "The restroom door said 'Gentlemen'". (I was a little surprised that they sung that last one.

An interesting point in the show was when the guy playing "the son" was being asked if he could sing, and he went of on a solo that started with "You might've been hurt, babe.."

That got quite a number of screams from the younger females in the audience. (Dang he sang pretty well.)

During the intermission, I bumped into CM who I hadn't seen in years. I actually had forgotten his name. *blushes sheepishly*

The evening was topped off with a show by the Rumours (a female barbershop quartet) and a tribute to Gershwin. All in all, much more different than my usual entertainment, but still entertaining nontheless (and also making me even more self-concious whenever I think of singing..).

[4:21 PM EST - Warm rain.]

Oh my. I didn't realize what an amazing day we had out there until I stepped out to go to play volleyball. It was so warm! So warm I thought I was a little overdressed for the weather. Mind you, it's probably only ten degrees out there, but after getting sub-zero weather, anything in the double digits makes it feel like summer. Add this to the already warm (and humid) volleyball building, and it was very summery. (If that's really a word.)

It also was, for a good part, sunny! Sunshine, warm weather, Sunday. What a great combination! It's too bad I'm not taking more advantage of the weather. I did enjoy volleyball despite having fewer players show up this time (thus making it a tad more expensive). I went on a whim, becuase VK told me last time that the next game was today, so I figured I should show up. When I got there (late), I didn't recognize anyone. Nobody at all. Ick. Fortunately, my memory isn't that poor, I was able to spot VK, and it was all good. He told me after the game that they were going to change the date to Saturday but decided not to. Since I wasn't on the mailing list, I wouldn't have found out.. *wipes brow*

Well, I should be on the list now. *knocks on wood*

[4:39 PM EST - No life.]

I found an interesting editorial gamers having no life from the ShackNews.

Ooh.. I don't think whatever I ate for breakfast is agreeing with me. Let's see, I had.. a cheese omelet (two actually) and milk. It must've gotten mixed up well on the courts. Hmm, I'm thirsty, let's add some soy bean drink to that.

[7:45 PM EST - You know what?]

After hip-hop and volleyball, I thought I might be a little tired. Yeah I'm tired, but only a little. What the heck? I think I need to do more exercise.
