Word from the ShackNews is that AOL is guilty of pirating. Internet piracy that is.
I'm heading out soon. Got a dance to watch and food to consume. I wanted to work on the forum, but got a little distracted. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
Man, how come my neck is so sore? Oh yeah, Laz has some olds up.
We went to le Commonsal for dinner last night. I had been there for dinner once before (or was it twice?). I think it was the first time that girl met Laz (who she thought was named Mike at that time). Man, that was a while ago. The food was good, although I probably shouldn't have had so much chocolate mousse cake with my sore throat and all. *rubs neck* It probably added an extra week to my recovery time.
I was a little surprised that so few people showed up. The e-mail message that was sent out invited quite a number of people. Had I not gone, only a few people would've showed up. Pretty sad really, but it was to be expected I guess. Whenever you invite people out to events, never expect everyone to respond. I guess it depends on the group that you invite as well. I usually end up going to whatever I'm invited to because I have nothing else better to do. (I can't use pr0n as an excuse.)
After dinner, we headed down to the Hart House to watch a presentation by the Only Human Dance Collective. I was expecting the sort of the normal artistic, esoteric dance routines that I've seen before (like at the LARP at Laurier), and it did start off like that. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how different all of the routines were. The styles that they used basically spanned the entire range of dance techniques imaginable. I especially liked "See No Evil" and "A Rainy Day", although the gender wars of "O, Si?" was entertaining to watch.
All in all, I was quite impressed, and it was cheap to boot!

The German courts always have been particularly useless in this regard. They're the ones who wanted Ebay to magically filter the content that reached their country, right? Dolts.
(That isn't to say that Tony Blair wouldn't love to do the same thing - he's just too busy crushing our civil rights these days - I'm sure ISPs are next on the list..)
