[10:04 AM EDT - No alarm. No wake.]

I got up this morning and wondered why it was so bright so I looked at the clock. It read: 8:54. I bounced out of bed and started rushing to get ready. I had checked the alarm the night before to make sure that it was turned on, and I was a little confused to see that the alarm was already on. I figured that I must have switched it on earlier in the day. But now I realize that I had forgotten to turn the alarm off when I left for Las Vegas and the radio batteries (the clock battery is separate) were drained after several days of constant play. Ah well, I had some extra batteries lying around (which were too drained for use in the camera or toothbrush) and they seem to be working fine.

[3:10 PM EDT - It really is a small world.]

Hey, I just found out that 2046-LM is working with one of Windelynn's friends! What a coincidence!

[4:57 PM EDT - Chain Links: Cyanide and Happiness.]

EN passed along some comic strips from Cyanide and Happiness. Some were funny, but boy this guy needs help.

[5:40 PM EDT - Chain Links: Calculating power.]

GWG was asking me if I had an idea what the relationship was between air pressure and engine power. All I knew was that less air (oxygen) meant less power. Unfortunately I didn't know what the actual relationship was. After a bit of a search, I found an interesting site at ULPower which goes through some calculations and tables describing the relationship between air pressure, temperature, and humidity (well not really) with engine power. Mind you, they focus on airplane engines because it isn't all that likely I'll be driving my RSX up 'K2' any time soon..

[Wednesday, April 12, 2006: Water required.]

I went by my parent's place tonight for dinner since it was on the way to badminton (and I had time). I wanted to get my hair cut, but the place was closed, so I ended up spending the rest of the time sifting through mail and searching for the main water valve (it took me an hour before I found it). That gave me just enough time to make food and clean up before I headed out.

My wrist started bothering me again, and I'm wondering if I should have a professional take a look at it. I feel better after warming up, but I really don't want to do any permanent damage to it..
