[9:35 AM EST - Odd.]

Seems like the day I decide to leave earlier for work is the day I get there later. Conclusion? Leave late, because you're going to be late anyway!

Anyway, time to get back to work.

[10:24 AM EST - While I'm waiting..]

While I'm holding onto this little report I typed up, I checked out Jax's guestbook (I like HaremPresident's entry) and found out that NVM's still sick. Geez, that's what.. nine days now? The kid must be hit by some Superflu or maybe it's just karma. I don't know. Oh well, hope she gets better.

[10:43 AM EST - Quickie.]

Here's something I got from Squishy,

Found on the supply cupboard on the sixth floor,..

"It has been lovely, but I have to scream now."

Hee hee.

[5:00 PM EST - Frontpage 2000.]

Oops. I keep forgetting this. Everytime you find a problem with something, there is always that possibility that you'll be the one assigned to fix it. Well, I noticed some typos and broken links/images on some online documentation, and one thing led to another. Now I'm starting at Frontpage 2000 and fixing most of these problems. I've never used a web editor before (except for Arachnophilia, but that was just a glorified text editor). At least I can add it to my repertoire. It does make some things easier to do, like positioning and stuff, but when you look at the code.. Ick. I'll stick to vim thank you very much!

It's getting to that time to go home, and my lunch wasn't particularly filling. I think I'm going to head out now.

[6:44 PM EST - Still closed.]

I went to the bank again today, this time to a different branch in a larger shopping mall. When I got there (at around six), I was out of luck. The place had closed at four. Curses! It should be open tomorrow until seven, so I'll try one more time..

I found this interesting link on a possible new solar power technology at ArsTechnica.

[10:07 PM EST - System Reshocked.]

Laz and I played a bit of System Shock 2 over cable modem for the past hour or so. It went over pretty well actually. The lag was minimal, and we communicated well despite the lack of communication. (This may perhaps be related to the fact that we've done this first level over many times now.) Oh well, I think doing this game in short installments (and at home) rather than those all-nighters will be much better for my health as well as intercepting any calls that may come my way..<cough>Jax</cough>

A bit of surfing has revealed that KGL and Jax have little blurbs up. You can see what they've been doing!
