I just got back from skiing. It was quite fun actually. I ended up getting up early, and driving over to pick up people (despite the ride mixup at the house) before heading out to the slopes. We didn't go far. Just to the North York Ski Centre. It took a little while for me to get my legs back, but I was soon riding down the more difficult slopes. Mind you, the two "more difficult" slopes were just intermediates (and very short intermediates) that I spent way more time waiting to go up the lift than I did going down the valley. Of course, that's the same story with most of the skiing locations in this area. If you really want to go skiing, you've got to find a mountain. Preferably a whole range of them.
After a few hours on the slopes, we headed out to lunch at KGL's restaurant of choice (Kelsey's) before calling it a day. I still have the reunion thing to go to tonight! Whew!
Okay, let's see what's been happening while I was tumbling down the hill..

Bada-bing, bada-boom! Laz and KGL have thrown up some little tidbits of their lives for the past little while, while NVM's got some comments about.. stuff.
The markets are closed for the rest of the millennium. It seems as if they didn't fare all too well. Oh wait, I think the TSE ended up positive.

I should get ready. My ride's coming to pick me up soon and I'm not sure as to what to bring. *looks around* I guess just the camera, although I did bring my camera to skiing and didn't get a chance to take any pictures! Ah well, next time..
