[1:39 AM EST - It's alive! It's alive!!]

My computer is now back up and running. (So why don't I catch it you ask? *whack*) Yahoo! What was wrong with it? Well, apparently the reboot cable must've shorted out or something because once that wire was pulled, the computer came back to life. I brought it over to Laz's place to have him take a look at it, and after trying to turn it on once, he fiddled around with it and voilà! Success! That boy definitely has a silicon thumb.

Anyway, I should talk about what happened today. Not all too much. I was introduced to all of the people in the two suites where I worked. Everyone was nice and helpful. It's a moderately young crew actually, I'm quite surprised at the lack of older people in the company. There was a lot of introductions, and even more hand shaking. (I hope none of them had any comunicable diseases.)

Afterward, the plan was to meet at Laz's place at around quarter-to-seven. I made it back home, made a couple of phone calls, and then headed out for an errand before heading to Laz's place. I was a little worried that I might be late because of the traffic and the weather (it had started to snow), so by the time I had finished my delivery, I was already fifteen minutes late, so I decided to call his house. His mom answered and told me that he hadn't arrived home yet. Odd. I decided to take my time then. By the time I made it to Laz's place, it was half-past seven, and they had arrived. Apparently they had gotten there fifteen minutes ago, but since Zippy hadn't shown up, we were still stuck at the house.

MJO gave me a Christmas present (since I gave him a DVD last year). Aww. I'll go see it when I have the time. After waiting futilely for Zippy (after Laz fixed my computer), we (MJO, Laz, Werdna, and louder) headed out to Sushi Garden for some dinner. Mmm. Laz, MJO, and I split the 70 piece sushi boat. *rubs tummy* That really filled me up (after I finished off louder's bento box).

Afterward, we (sans louder) went to the closest pool hall to brush up on our cueing skills, but had to wait for half-an-hour or so before a table was freed up for us to play. We did catch the last bit of the Leaf's game. It was quite exciting actually. After pool, we bid our farewells and I made it back home.

Now that my computer's back up and running, I can update my books and clean out some stuff. Ick, this might take some time, and I still have to go to work this morning! Argh!

[9:17 AM EST - I'm up!]

How are you all doing? I didn't all too much sleep last night, but I do hope to make it up tonight. I don't have any plans, so I can spend the night updating the rest of my accounts and going to bed early. Of course, this doesn't mean that I'll actually be falling asleep early, but it's the thought that counts right?

Anyway, back to work.

[11:30 AM EST - A better narrative.]

Laz has a rather long entry up on MJO's last day in Toronto. (It also has pictures!) You may check it out to see what those guys did while I was figuring out some documentation.

NVM's also got a very short update explaining why she hasn't been updating much recently. Now, is it just me, or is it a trend? First Jax, then KGL, now NVM.. Stay away from me! All of you!! Hmm, come to think of it, my throat's been feeling sore of late..

(Too much contact with too many people during flu/cold season can't be a good thing.)

Anyhoo, I just wrote a letter this morning. I'll be sending it off this afternoon. Geez, I haven't WRITTEN a letter in ages. *stares at handwriting* For good reason too! I doubt anybody would be able to read these chicken scratches! *claws at letter*

Time to get back to work. I've got this program to understand..
