[8:18 PM EDT - What did I do?]

Argh! There was something I did yesterday or the day before that seems so important now, but will probably not feel so important when I remember it. It's still quite annoying though.

[8:22 PM EDT - A lot more chores to be done.]

I've been going through a lot of little chores that I've been meaning to do for a while now. One was t check on that insurance quote for those motorcycles (the quotes weren't so bad actually), call up reBOOT about the computers, call up the bank to set up that First Time Home Buyer's Plan, register for the Ride for Heart, get a hair cut, transport the bike, and transport the spear.

Right. two things left. But I have to eat first.

[11:33 PM EDT - It does seem silly now.]

Oh yeah! I remembered what I was trying to remember from yesterday. I bumped into someone at the ultimate game who was wearing a shirt with a logo of one of our clients, and I asked him if he worked there. He told me that I was the second person to ask him that, and no, he didn't work there. He picked up the shirt at some sort of salvation area or cheap store. I found that quite funny.

[Saturday, June 4, 2005: Getting things ready.]

I had a number of things to look up for the coming week. Getting registered for the Ride for Heart was one of them. Last year they let people with earlier time stickers to start at a later time. This year they're going to be adamant about making latecomers start at 8:45. I don't know how they'll enforce it, but I'm not taking any chances. So I went to get my sticker switched to the later time.

Wait a minute.. where's my sticker?

[Saturday, June 4, 2005: The wait was worth it?]

After I got my new sticker, I headed to the bank to work on the Home Buyer's Plan. I ended up waiting for over half an hour (closer to an hour) before someone came to see me. But it went fairly smoothly. I found out what I needed to know, and I found out that interest rates for my mortgage had dropped 35 basis points since two months ago! Sweet! That should save me hundreds of dollars!
