I just finished reading "A Game of Universe" by Eric S. Nylund. I found it much more entertaining than the previous two books that I read. Probably because it was geared for an older audience and imagery in the book was more to the level of "Tigana" rather than "The Wolf Pack".
I like how he tries to explain the magic in the universe, describing it as more of a mastery of science rather than an unexplained phenomenon - although there are a few in the book.
Anyway, I guess I went through all the books now. I'll have to spend the rest of the day cleaning up what's left of my room..

What a nice day it is today. Too bad I'll be missing it. It should take the rest of the day to get rid of the rest of the stuff in my room and banish it into the basement for the next month. Geez, living in my room for a month with.. basically nothing! Who's idea was that?

I'm going through some of my old school stuff that wasn't part of those binders and came across a lot of old Olympiad stuff (math, chemistry and physics), contests, and match league stuff which I mostly don't understand anymore (at least the Olympiad stuff). Pretty sad huh? Anyway, I have no need for them, so I'm getting rid of them.
I also found a number of issues of "Crux Mathematicorum" which I've never actually went through. Into the recycler they go!

The site will be going down for a while and I won't have e-mail for a day or so. Hopefully nothing gets broken after the carpet change, but I won't be taking any chances. I'll be backing up the server and some of my data. But I still have a few more things to clean up..

Oi, all this moving around has kicked up a huge cloud of dust in my room. Now that I've moved the air filter out, my nasal passages are really starting to feel the effects of all of of these air particulates. Hopefully it'll only be for one night, but I'm not sure what the place will be like after the carpet's been changed..

I'm taking my computer down now. Once I've finished backing up everything. The server will stay up tonight and I'll take it down tomorrow morning. I'll take a picture to commemorate this moment. My room has never been this clean!

Well, my room is finally clear and all that's left in the computer room is the server. I'll clean it up in the morning, so I should get some sleep pretty soon. That shouldn't be hard now that I don't have anything in my room to distract me..
