I was slated to go on a business trip down in the states somewhere. I think Kentucky may have been the destination. But I was running late, and I needed to pick up my car to travel down south. I ended up hitching a ride with Laz and Werdna, but after we had reached the border, I realized that I had forgotten everything! No money, no papers, no directions, no maps, no nothing. So we stopped at an Internet cafe where we tried to find out we were going, but I had to break the bad news and told them that we had to go back.
We ended up stopping at some sort of dorm. I recognized the place as DE's dorm, but he wasn't in. The place was full of students though.

We had a new employee come by just now. Heck I even forgot her name already. LY came over several minutes later, lifting a fist into the air shouting:
"Whoo! Hot new summer student!"
*blink* She didn't look that young..

Well, I went to the doctor and the doctor said.. use a soft brace, and ice the knee afterward. If the pain persists, then I'll probably have to talk to a physio therapist. Oh joy.

After the hail from yesterday, I wasn't all too shocked to see it snowing this afternoon as I was going to my doctor's appointment. (I ended up being late as usual.)
What did shock me was seeing a couple of paint marks on my side panel. The one that I had repaired recently. Upon closer inspection, one was indeed some sort of paint mark which came off easily, but the other one was actually a dent. It's a bit under a centimetre in diameter, which is pretty darned obvious. Also, being white, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Argh! I'm going to have to stomp on whoever dented my car!!
Unfortunately, by the time I had gotten out there, the parking lot was mostly empty, so I have no leads, and nobody is going to leave a note for a small "minor" dent.
When I got home, I noticed an unrecognized car in front of the driveway. Actually it was blocking the driveway and part of the street where I normally parked if the driveway was full. How inconvenient. It's a nice car though.

There is but one fish left in the fish tank. There isn't even a filter left in there. At least there's an aerator (well, a tube blowing air) in there now so it won't suffocate..
