I forgot to mention something from the party on Saturday. Near the end of the party, when the music was playing and people were dancing, I decided to try to get some rest before the drive home, so I sat down on the chair and took a nap. A few minutes in, I was sort of dozing off when I heard the DJ shout out that he was doing a request, even though it was played before, and in addition:
"This goes out to the Asian gentleman who's fallen asleep at his chair."
At which point JP yanked me out of my chair with his good arm (the other had a broken clavicle) and joked,
"I didn't know you were a gentleman!"
So I went on the dance floor.

We're starting to vote for next year's badminton coordinator and I ended up getting nominated. I informed them that I was going to be moving out of the neighbourhood in a few months, so choosing me would probably be a bad idea.
I told them where I was moving to, and KJ asked if I was going to that condo with that jingle (which he started to sing). I told him that that was indeed the condo that I was going to. I guess those advertisements really work huh?

Oh, I went to the bank and picked up some yogurt and cereal after work today. On the way to the mall, I had to make a left turn onto a residential street.
I didn't pay all that much attention to the people or the traffic, but I saw a family walking their dogs (one was muzzled). I looked at the daughter and something hit me: I knew this person! I was about to roll down the window and shout out "Jax!", but then I remembered: Jax doesn't have any dogs. Furthermore, Jax doesn't live in the area..
Then I remembered who it was, but I couldn't put a name to the face! By the time something came into my head, the light had turned amber, and I had to make my turn. Ah well, I'll have to mention it the next time I see that person. (I'm 95% sure.)
