Whoa, it was really weird on the way to broomball. I was driving along the highway and saw that those highway signs with the configurable messages had something that I had never seen before:

That didn't sound very good. I had my radio on all that time but didn't hear anything other than music, so I switched to an all news radio station (AM 640). I caught the tail end of something but it got cycled away by other news. It took about ten minutes before I heard anything about the amber alert (which I didn't think was that serious considering how difficult it was for me to find out any information on it). Oh, I also attached my new wipers on Monday. They look a little funny, and they're made completely out of plastic (which were a lot lighter than the steel ones I had). So all I need to do is to get that dust speck cleaned off and then get the car detailed.

I didn't get all that much sleep last night. I stayed out late because our year end broomball beer and wings night was last night. It was also supposed to be our last night of broomball for the season, but there was enough interest for another week, so we should be wrapping up next week.

Okay, I think I was in some sort of stupor this morning but I swore I heard a story on the radio about some mom who was pimping out her daughters for money. They lived out of a car, and she was prostituting her 12 year old daughter (who is now pregnant). Her 14 year old daughter refused to do it, so the mom sold her for a car!
I couldn't find anything on the news about it, so maybe I was just hearing things?

Speaking of hearing things, JY showed us this video clip sent to him by one of his friends at UW. They made a remake of one of those Usher videos during exams. I don't have any links, but those kids have way too much time on their hands. (It was pretty funny though.)
