[9:27 AM EDT - Getting the paperwork done.]

I went to talk to a lawyer last night to go over the buyer's agreement. It was pretty short actually since I didn't have any questions. (Well, I usually don't because I usually can't think of any on the spot. They usually pop up as time goes on.)

I've got a meeting with the bank regarding my mortgage tonight, and there's also a visitation I need to go to tonight. Geez, I thought ski patrol took up so much of my time..
